The crashes seem to happen almost exclusively when I close a table.
Around 10% of the time. Unfortunately still unable to more of a pattern or a way to prevent it.

Betfair is not saving hand histories in either of these two locations

even though i have "store hand history locally" selected, any idea why not?

Coral client keps lagging for me at the moment.

If I click on a tournament and then the green register button when in the main lobby it doesnt change the panel on the right to the tournament I click so I am registering to whatever mtt was previously highlighted, luckily the twice I've missed it I joined two freerolls. I have to register in the actual tourney lobby to make sure I join the right game.

Secondly, when clicking play again on a twister it lags sometimes for 30 seconds before opening the table so you never know if the registration worked or you should click register to another and end up with more games than you wanted.

I asked Support for you, and they advise:

"If the player has performed a re-installation of the PC operating system or a reinstallation of the poker software then any hands saved would have been deleted.

The player should also check in the poker client options and make sure “Store hands locally" is ticked.

Please also check with the player and advise the following

Is the player running any kind of poker HUD or Poker Tracker?

Some Third party software will change the default hand history location in order to process the files. If this is the case the player should check elsewhere for the hand history location and uninstall any third party software so that the poker software can save the hand histories in the correct folder directories for the hand re-player to function.

If this does not solve the problem, uninstall the poker client and do a fresh re-installation.

1) Close the poker client if it's running.
2) Uninstall it.
3) Delete all temporary intern! et files. This can be done in browser by choosing Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete files / including offline content.
4) Restart the PC
5) Disable the use of proxy servers (open Internet Explorer -> Tools ->Internet Options -> Connections -> Lan Settings -> Untick "Use proxy server for your Lan")
6) Re-download the poker client from the casino webpage.
7) Re-install the poker client

Navigate back to the Poker software App Data settings and check if the hand history files are now being stored. The player will have to take part in some game player (at least 1 hand played) for the hands to start writing again.

If this does not solve the problem, please also ask the player to provide the logs from their computer for the day(s) of the issue.

The client logs can usually be found here: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\[Cardroom]\data\logs

Once we have this information we will check further with Tech Support."

I reinstalled my bet365 yesterday and since then same.. hhs are not getting saved. Tried reinstalling 2 times..

Computer was running super hot while the client was trying to connect

after updating windows 10 ipoker client opens but doesn't connect and the login window doesn't pop up and nothing happens when I click on 'login'. I have 2 computers and it is the same on both, it started after the windows update. It is the same for all ipoker skins. Anybody knows how to fix it?

Same for me, the client opens, but you cant log in, and all the windows inside are blank.

does WH do refunds or do we kiss our money goodbye?

If you are talking about tournaments, I have plenty of experience with ipoker disconnects .

In general, you will get some money back, although I have never been fully satisfied with how they have dealt with this issue.

In my previous experiences, it was not a global DC, so some players were able to continue playing, while many were DCd. The money I was awarded was whichever amount I cashed for after I blinded out.

This time, it seems like noone is able to play, so I would hope they would just give you your share of the pricepool according to your stack.

As an aside, I got DC when on 2 FT a few years ago. I raged up live chat and we entered into a bizarre kind of discussion where they low balled me on token based remuneration so I asked them to double it and they agreed. I guess they are truly clueless but have the authority to refund. I think if you know your value (roughly) in the MTTs then they will refund you fairly in tokens . Tokens are as good as ££ to me though. Betfair FWIW.

I have betfair also, I get refunded by cash. I received my refund early today. I also talked to live support last night.

Are seating scripts allowed on ipoker?

I’m happy to sit at empty tables and wait to get games going, but there is one particular guy who insta sits every time a fish sits and gets the Jesus seat on them every time and it’s clear he is running a script.
