Anyone else have problems downloading Everest poker lately? Everytime i install the software and try to open it i get this message

After dealing with ipoker customer support for the last 20 minutes im contemplating jumping out of my window, potentially the dumbest, most incompetent people i've dealt with in 4 years of igaming.

Are you sure you have actually set the VPN to the correct location that allows you to play there? And be sure to turn on the VPN before loading the client and internet explorer if you use that web browser

There are many high volume bots, playing all throughout the day. Different bots during morning / evening.
They keep the games going so that's a plus....

I played some tournaments this week and it was disconnecting a lot. Is this a common problem? I was playing some tourns on 888 at the same time and there were no issues with them.

It's unplayable to be honest. You never know when it's about to happen and every time it happens I end up auto folding if I'm in a pot.

A pretty common problem for some players while others also get very frequent crashes where the client and all your tables freeze and you have to kill the process and login again

Oh god, this happens like every other day.
Also very inconsistent. It happened while I had 12 tables open and while I had 2 tables open, sometimes out of nowhere, sometimes when I close a table, sometimes when I'm not even sitting on a table.
Did anyone figure out how to avoid it?

Bet365 is unplayable atm. Or if you just play 4 tables without table selecting, you could do fine I guess.

I play on Betclic and I have no lag and well, I have to force the software to crash. I.e if I switch between lobbies too fast (on purpose), it will crash.
My experience with bet365 was that it could crash when I was taking a break.
Opening tables and switching between lobby tabs crashed it for sure.

I got reply from tech ppl saying there would be an update coming this week. That is for bet365. Which other clients have this issue?

i dont know how much help it is for cash players but as a tourney player on ipoker to prevent getting screwed by crashes i manually force a shutdown of the client every hour during the tournament break. since i started doing this months ago no issues. just annoying

Do you have problem wth connection on bet365? Softver crash today about 40-50 times. I can not play.

I tried this the other day. Closed it down, reloaded, it crashed within 20 minutes and again 10 minutes later. I wasn't paying much attention but I think it's when it's moving you to a new table. But it's not just the crashes, it's the random disconnects too.

When you look at the massive companies behind ipoker, how can they not employ competent programmers? They have huge turnover. Maybe it's something to do with the awful customer support and none of the complaints actually get to the places they should.

I'd love for someone high up at these betting companies to find out how bad it is at the moment and step in and do something before it ends up disappearing altogether.

If any NL600-1k grinders here just wanted to give heads up that someone is trying to impersonate as me on iPoker. Been playing regularly those stakes past 2 years or so with nickname lrrelevant (written with two small L's). Now someone has taken the same nick using large i letters or something. However it looks exactly the same in table. So yea, please don't confuse me with this guy. Guess this is good to have here also in case this guy does something shady and I get blamed.. Somehow this whole situation is super tilting to me.
