It then proceeds to rebuy, a window pops up saying I've just rebought. I didn't have rebuy option checked off nor did I choose to rebuy in that stupid f'n game.
I look at my account balance & see it has just had the rebuy deducted from the total (the total which is not very much as I'm just a recreational micro donk). This was soooooo tilting for me.
I go to click on LiveChat and my f'n laptop freezes on me. wtf??
It wasn't just losing the 10euros but the b.s. of software fk'ing up on me that pi55ed me off.
Awhile later, deep in another tournament on WillHill, I go to shove allin on a shortstack with a great hand in a good spot to potentially triple up! BUT it folds me???????? What a joke.
emailed support. They apologized & said the follow up will take ~2-3 days. I'll be shocked if I even get any support as my prior experience with them is pretty dismal.
This went back & forth with support a few times. I'm sure they didn't read through my emails (if they did their reading comprehension is worse than I'd imagined).
Basically tell me "We're sorry ...... If you have any more questions, etc. feel free to email... blah blah blah" While completely ignoring my situation and what has happened to me while playing on their site (like I'm making it up or something??? Give me a f'n break!)
So I email them back & instead of just repeating myself &/or getting frustrated/tilted by the lack of respect & incompetence I tried adding some humour to it. Telling them:
I have sent your tech team's investigation to my team of even MORE qualified technicians as well as giving my statement to an independent party with a lie detector machine. I can tell you with full assurance that they have both fully agreed with me that in fact the problem was on YOUR END... not mine. Hence why I've written to you in the first place.
They reply with more of the same... blah blah blah We're sorry, etc. etc.
I thought to myself,
"pff... I'm going to use up those other tokens in my account for those VivaVegas satties & I'm going to win it!" (so I played a couple of them & when I did I chose to transfer all funds from my poker > to > Main just so that the auto rebuy thing wouldn't happen again to me (although I doubt it ever would.... it never has before. But thing is when it did.... they completely ignored me. Why put myself through that again?).
I didn't win it.
The following day was that bi-Weekly VivaLasVegas Sweepstakes lottery allin freeroll. I WON IT! hahaha I won the 5,000 euro package to Vegas to play in the MegaStack tourney! (I'm shaundweeb on W.H.)
