Tournament lobbys seem to be messed at the moment ???

It lets me register for a tournament but then my name doesn't show up in the lobby (doesn't matter how long I wait.. ie. 5mins. still doesn't show up).
But the 'unregister' button appears 'as if' I'm registered even though my name is still not in the lobby (& never actually gets in the lobby).

So I went over to SPEED cash tables & am playing on a few tables there now.
Clicked on Lobby but it wouldn't come up.
Then tried to reg. for a tourney again... same b.s. happening.
sigh

WTF IS THIS¡!¡

Some weird/odd glitches in the lobby for that 'Vegas Package Sweepstake' freeroll today.
Before the tournament started it stated that it paid out the top 100 places (as it also states on the next one that is scheduled two weeks from now).
1st 5,000euro pkg.
2nd - 25th 30euro token
26th - 100th 10euro token


It today's (Tues. Mar. 24), 'after' the game the payout changed to >
1st 5,000euro pkg.
2nd - 21th 30euro token
22th - 24th 10euro token

ONly a 1,000 euro difference, lol. I placed 31th (is that the same as 31st?) & 60th but I won ZERO.


Some other strange things in the payouts (I have screenshots but don't know how to post them on here).
73rd actually won a 10 euro token (but 60th to 67th won 'zero' and every spot past 74th also received zero).
52nd won 10euro token (53rd to 59th won 'zero', 38th to 50th also won zero)

2nd to 17th won 30 euro token, 3 players who tied in 18th won 'zero', 21st, 22nd, 23rd, & 24th also won 30euro tokens.
2 players tied in 25th won 'zero' but 27th won a 10euro token.

The only players who actually won the 10euro token were 27th, 52nd, & 73rd (but none of the players placing between those spots won dime).

How fk'd up is that?

The last time I cashed in one of the WillHIll Sweepstakes Freerolls (before the Viva LasVegas ones) I had a couple of paying spots but wasn't paid out by WillHill (site fk'd up during tourney I think but am not sure). I believe I had 5th & 20something'th' (I wrote about it previously in this thread).

Didn't anyone else notice the fk'd up lobby payouts in this freeroll (or in the other ones).

Today they creditted me for 2x 10euro token

Yeah i had 10 tokens for that... but because registration opens 1 hour before start, i forgot to use them/ register... gg Whill

Is every ipoker site now use euros as oppose to usd? I know back then they changed everthing to euros.


Also, does anyone know if u use an ewallet that uses usd to deposit, will there be a lot of currency exchange fees each time? Or do most of you deposit with skrill or neteller and just use euro currency and not usd. Or does this not matter at all since even if u deposit with usd, it converts to euro for you without any issue.


Also, do ipoker skins even allow you to create a usd account anymore? My titan poker is in usd and my bet365 is usd. I recalled when i played with usd, it convert to euro back and forth each time.

You can open an account in USD and deposit USD. Afterwards, they convert back and forth all the time. But so far I wasn't under the impression that they try to shortchange you upon conversion.

Okay but its best to have an acct in euro right since the poker is in euros only? Also its best to deposit with an ewallet that is euro since that way no currency exchange fees?

Exactly, if possible keep everything in Euros.

Today because I was already playing some tournaments & because I noticed today's 10euro Viva donkfest satty was paying 4 spots so I reg'd. for it with ONE of my tokens. Figured "it's a longshot but probably filled with huge donks so why not" . I had ZERO intentions of rebuying or adding on!

So I get it in w AK & lose to 66. 'gg' ... or so I think????
It then proceeds to rebuy, a window pops up saying I've just rebought. I didn't have rebuy option checked off nor did I choose to rebuy in that stupid f'n game.

I look at my account balance & see it has just had the rebuy deducted from the total (the total which is not very much as I'm just a recreational micro donk). This was soooooo tilting for me.
I go to click on LiveChat and my f'n laptop freezes on me. wtf??

It wasn't just losing the 10euros but the b.s. of software fk'ing up on me that pi55ed me off.
Awhile later, deep in another tournament on WillHill, I go to shove allin on a shortstack with a great hand in a good spot to potentially triple up! BUT it folds me???????? What a joke.

emailed support. They apologized & said the follow up will take ~2-3 days. I'll be shocked if I even get any support as my prior experience with them is pretty dismal.

The software won't let me log in. I boot it and it seems to be loading forever, I can finally enter my password but I can't click 'login'. Sigh.

Spoke with WH support and they said that there is a known issue with the software that they're actively trying to solve. No timeframe given.

Well that's a first, them admitting something is wrong...

planned on playing most of tonight just to see the loading tournaments message forever and after that "no results found". joke.

If you're playing at William Hill: they have a new VIP system as of 1. April. Everybody got bumbed up to highest VIP level. You should've been informed about this.

I deposited 4k€ about 00.00CET 1.4. The money has been charged from my bank account but I got nothing to my William Hill account.

At first support told me that my money is "pending" and I will receive them in 3-5 business days.

Deposit method was via Trustly instant bank (bank account - > trustly - > william hill) and it should be instant.

Today I received an e-mail regarding that they can not find my payment etc... and "Apologies for the delay in crediting this as we are having an issue with deposits via Envoy at the moment, but, we are also currently working on this matter. "

I've talked to support again and now it seems that William Hill doesn't know where my money is but after I sent them screenshots about payment they convinced that I shouldn't be worried etc..

I sent an e-mail as well to the Trustly company. No answer yet.

Looks like support has kept up their high standards for quality support & customer satisfaction.

After waiting for 6 days they give me a bull**** answer saying that it was me who chose to rebuy, LoL.
I cannot stand dealing with the incompetent staff there.
Obviously never worth it to even bother with them at all. Way better off to just cross your fingers & hope the software doesn't f0ck up. Because if it does... it actually isn't.... & it's your fault LMFAO!
is it any wonder that they do not even come close to competing in the online poker market? How can companies be run sooooooo f'n poorly. I have zero doubt that ANY & ALL of the local Mickey D's counter staff, burger flippers, and 'Lot & Lobby' workers would far exceed all of WillHill's support staff in every possible way imaginable. Where do they get their employees from? Could they possibly be paid more than minimum wage? (or maybe it's piece work.... the more canned responses you can send out, or the more times you can tell a customer that the problem is on THEIR END, the higher rate of pay you receive).

I have no misconceptions that any of the support staff even remotely gives a f0ck about my situation (or any of the situations/problems I've had on iPoker network sites in the past.... although the majority have been on WillHill).

Hey guys. What is your experience with closing a betfair account and then just opening a new account in order to be tagged to a new affiliate?
Will support let me go through with this? The betfair website states that it is possible to close an account.

I don't think that you can close your account in order to open a new one with another affiliate. If this would be possible, the whole affiliate system would not work. Closing your account will result in you not being able to play at Betfair ever again.

An existing Betfair account can be retracked to an affiliate only if 1) it isn't tracked to another affiliate (i.e. the signup was direct), 2) it has been inactive for 3 months. Of course, closing an account and opening a new one yourself isn't allowed (that's if you stay in the same country; if you move to a jurisdiction with a separate license, like the UK or Bulgaria, then a new account will be created for you, but I guess it will be with the same affiliate tag).

Other iPoker skins simply don't retrack accounts under any circumstances (except if it's discovered within a few days of the signup that there has been a technical error that resulted in a lack of affiliate tag).

I'm new to this thread, sorry if this has been discussed before.

Today and yesterday I've been noticing either a bug or an exploit on Ipoker. Basically a series of players will table block by grabbing seats but not buying. It looks like this:

The software will display their table balance as $0, and for some reason they aren't kicked when I join the waiting list as the first person on the list. At the table from the image above this turned the 6m table into a HU game between a reg (69POTRIPPER69 - frequent HU player according to tracking sites) and a recreational player.

To clarify: this isn't the same as the lobby displaying seated players that are sitting out or have recently left the table. In those cases you can join the wait list and the software will kick them to create a seat for the new active player. When I tried that to get on the above table I was stuck on the wait list while the two players played their HU match.

The "blocking" accounts (voila89, dex781, yoyo891) from that image have 0 tracked hands between them.. Today I've seen them sit at several of my tables when empty seats were available, but I don't recall them ever buying in. I mentioned this shady behavior to another reg while one of the accounts was seated and the "blocker" left a few seconds later.

Again I don't frequent this thread, so sorry if this has been brought up before. If it's been covered can someone give me the cliff notes?
