I have heard that Mybet doesnt allow you to cashout any money -even not your initial deposit- until you cleared your first deposit bonus. Is that true?

They make you 'wager or rake' your initial deposit before you withdraw. However they allowed me to withdraw raking $500 and withdrawing near my initial deposit of around $1000. Also another thing to note about my bet is that when you transfer money into the poker wallet it's exchanged into dollar's however when you put the money back into the main wallet of euro's it's on a bad exchange rate and my bet take 2% of all transfers between the poker wallet and main wallet.

yep, support also told me there probably won't be a refund to the 24 players in the €5k VIP freeroll, since there was no buyin...

i did for 2/3 tournaments i was in but since i was able to play a whopping 5 hands in over an hour and frustatedly shoved allin between disconnects i was given an official finish position and not refunded my buyin.

on another topic, is anyone aware if we are able to cashout while clearing the original 200% deposit bonus and continue clearing it or does that end the bonus?

Ok down again, same time that yesterday.

Luckily I have asked for a withdrawal, just kep a couple of buck for some tourneys, but this is getting pretty stupid.
