It's a strange one as, i'm on ipoker most days and simply haven't had any of the issues being mentioned.

I've always found ipoker support to be really poor when it comes to tech issues, no matter what skin it is and in the past have sought answers elsewhere when something has come up, due to supports knowledge being limited to even less than my own.

In my experience, frontline support are only capable of dealing with the very basic of things and anything else needs to be escalated higher up (often you literally need to ask them to do this) in order to have a chance of getting the answers you need.

IMO, one of the biggest problems with ipoker is the fact that most of the skins are bookmakers and they rely heavily on sports betting/casino revenue, with the poker side of things often being seen as a bit of an after thought. This results in it not getting the same level of attention or resources in comparison.
There more inclined to put resources into and be in a hurry to fix things when there's an issue with the sports betting side of the business, than they are the poker side.

I still have this issue of not being able to log in to bet365 unless I use a vpn even though I'm not in a restricted country.
But both bet365 & betfair are working fine for me atm apart from that

This Winner Poker bug is one of the most absurd things I have ever seen, they must be losing so much on it every day. I think I will just change to another skin where you can actually play. Even mailing with support they seem completely oblivious of the problems going on.

Anybody know how I can go about locating, decrypting, and changing iPoker themes/images myself?

My Bet365 iPoker worked perfectly fine yesterday during the day and then I restarted my computer and when I try to log in now iPoker just crashes. The software opens and a white box turns up then the client shuts down. The support haven't be useful at all, they're just telling me to play using the web version lol...

I've tried updating windows and reinstalling the client several times.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Got disconnected from bet365 for no ****ing reason rn while playing some big pots.
Wasn't able to reconnect for a while then suddenely could from the browser. The software client does load in at times randomly but when I click down on a table it doesn't work and all the seats seem to be empty.
Now I see the lobbys are all dried out (when I look through the browser) so it appears others are having this issue as well.
support is no help ofcourse. They are giving me troubleshoot guidance

It looks like Netbet released an update which has gone some way to fixing the scaling problems with the lobby and tables. It's better but still not ideal.

Weird the vpn didn't work for me .. I'm about to try format my computer now and see if it works.

For anyone having button clicking issues I found that it was related to having my windows setting for Display > Scale and Layout set higher than 100%. Took multiple click of left and right button to register clicks on buttons when set higher than 100% but has worked fine with it set to 100%.

Anyone experiencing disconnects yesterday and today with Betfair?

Ladbrokes here... had no problems for ages but I have just been d/c whilst other sites working etc and can't log back in.

I can log in now but I noticed my party poker has been laggy too.

I had this problem on Betfair. My solution was to use VPN to bring up the login box. Then i disconnected the VPN, closed the software and re-started it and the next time the login box appears as normal. I did this quite a few times over a few days and it did fix it for me every time.

My issue is i can't play more than about 7 tables without it getting really laggy. Using 2015 MBP top model with bootcamp. Not the fastest around but surely good enough to play 9 tables or so of poker?

I am getting some malware warnings when trying install william hills.
Are they false positive what anyone with specific antivirus gets or something?
