I can't login to the site, but you can check the balance at most ATM's. Also, I agree with Oh_4Q_Man that it's probably a bad idea to post the website info. Can mods delete your post and my quoting it?

But yeah, instead post a trivial question and give the services full website here for all to see. There is a reason some methods are given to some accounts and not others FYI.
I ended up just going to an ATM an checking the balance and the funds were there. It would have been nice to check online before making a trip out. Totally normal to be disturbed by that, given it was a first attempt at loading the card (not to mention they were several days late loading it which made it even more annoying).

Thank you so much. I was going in circles with support who just kept copy and pasting instructions to clear cookies etc. Worked right away doing this.

Do I have that correct?
That's how I'm reading it as well. Lol at this taking a year to be resolved as the poster indicated. Smh. No wonder BOL is so soft w/ people like this playing there.

Re: Unofficial Chico Network (BetOnline, Tiger, etc.) Discussion Thread

I am trying to withdraw from the site using BTC.

The cashier page is giving me an error where it tells me to "Please enter my bitcoin address" as if I have not done so... but I've clearly entered my bitcoin address.

Anyone know what gives?

There are two different lengths of BTC wallet addresses and the cashier only accepts one, just generate a new wallet address (I think this is done automatically on blockchain.info and coinbase anyway)

I take it the 34 character length is not what they want? (That length has worked on another site.) How long is the length I am looking for? And how can I find it on blockchain?

Re: Unofficial Chico Network (BetOnline, Tiger, etc.) Discussion Thread

I think it changes automatically now on Blockchain (at the least the upgraded wallet). Otherwise its easy to create another wallet address don't know the exact clicks but it's straightforward.

Re: Unofficial Chico Network (BetOnline, Tiger, etc.) Discussion Thread

The problem isn't creating a new address (with 34 characters) - I've got that down.

Your previous post seemed to imply that I need an address of a different length - but that I am unsure of.

Re: Unofficial Chico Network (BetOnline, Tiger, etc.) Discussion Thread

Conversation with betonline support
cliffs:
Q: Are there fees and can i withdraw easily?
A: No fees, withdraw anytime
Q: are you sure about the fees?
A: no... actually there are fees.
Q: are you sure about withdrawing anytime?
A: no... actually you can't withdraw until you rake the total of your deposit
Q: Do you have a link to the rules?
A: Here it is
Q: Does it apply to bitcoins as well?
A: No, our stated rules are actually not relevant for bitcoin deposits, the rules for which are not mentioned anywhere but make it hard for you to withdraw

Hi! Welcome to BetOnline! How can I help you?
You are now chatting with Luke Turner
Your Issue ID for this chat is LTK172590227026X. Please record it in case of pending issue.
Luke Turner: Thank you for contacting Live Chat Service. How may I assist you today?
Luke Turner: Hi Uri.
Uri: Hello Luke
Uri: I wanted to ask - if I deposit via bitcoin - am I able to withdraw at any time? And are there any fees?
Uri: Can I for example deposit today and withdraw tomorrow the same sum?
Luke Turner: Yes you can and no there are no fees.
Uri: So 0% deposit or withdrawal fees for bitcoin, correct?
Luke Turner: I'm sorry for the delay. I'll be right with you...
Luke Turner: For payout the fee is 2% of the amount of the payout.
Uri: And is there a limitation on when I can request/receive a payout? Do I need to play a certain amount before? Or am able to receive a payout whenever I want
Luke Turner: You can only request 3 payouts every 7 days and has to be with a day in between payouts.
Uri: but i am able to receive a payout even if i have not played a lot? If I deposit, play a few hours and don't like it, I can get a payout and move on without any delays/play requirements?
Luke Turner: You have to play the amount of your deposit before you can request a payout.
Uri: what does that mean?
Uri: Do I have to rake the amount
Uri: of my deposit?
Uri: and if i don't i cannot cash?tuo
Uri: cashout
Luke Turner: If you deposit $50 you have to play the $50 before being able to request a payout.
Uri: what do you mean "play the 50$"
Uri: i don't understand
Uri: i am playing poker
Uri: also why are your answers constantly changing
Uri: from no fees to 2%
Uri: from cashout anytime to have to request
Uri: i am feeling uncomfortable i think i will not deposit
Luke Turner: Is there anything else I can assist you with at this time?
Uri: i would like a link
Uri: that explains the terms
Uri: in a clear language
Uri: and everything is there
Uri: do you have that?
Luke Turner: I will be right with you...
Luke Turner: All deposited funds must be wagered (rolled-over) 1x prior to withdrawal.
Uri: and what about the link?
Uri: also what does it mean to roll over when i am playing poker?
Luke Turner: https://www.betonline.ag/rules
Uri: what does rollover mean with regards to poker?
Luke Turner: rollover is rake
Uri: in number 23 it says
Uri: All deposited funds must be wagered (rolled-over) 1x prior to withdrawal. Players who chose to withdraw prior to completing the required rollover will have their processing (deposit and withdrawal) fees removed before being paid. This policy allows BetOnline to continue to pay fees for qualifying deposits.
Uri: this means i can withdraw without the rollover but there will be processing fees, but their size is not specified
Uri: can you tell me what they are?
Luke Turner: All payout methods have a fee.
Luke Turner: That need to be covered.
Uri: yes, what is the size of the fee for bitcoin
Luke Turner: 2% of the amount of the payout.
Uri: are you sure Luke? I feel like you are giving me contradicting answers
Uri: 2% fee is taken anyhow
Uri: but number 23 says that to withdrwa without rollover i need deposit and withdrawal fees paid
Uri: surely this is something in addition to what you take anyway?
Luke Turner: Thank you for waiting. I'll be with you in just a moment...
Luke Turner: the information im giving you is the information on the website.
Uri: General rules #23 states
Uri: All deposited funds must be wagered (rolled-over) 1x prior to withdrawal. Players who chose to withdraw prior to completing the required rollover will have their processing (deposit and withdrawal) fees removed before being paid. This policy allows BetOnline to continue to pay fees for qualifying deposits.
Uri: I am trying to understand the size of the fee that is required to cashout without rollover
Uri: you are saying it is 2%
Uri: are you sure? Do you stand behind this answer?
Uri: if not please ask someone who can answer
Luke Turner: Bitcoin deposits have no fee.
Uri: so in practice... I can withdraw before the rollover
Uri: for no additional fee
Uri: correct?
Luke Turner: you are not.
Uri: article 23 says i can chose to withdraw before completing the required rollover
Uri: is this not true? I cannot chose that? the money stays on the site ?
Luke Turner: the second part doesn't apply to the bitcoin deposits since it doesn't have a fee for deposits.
Uri: so why would i not be able to withdraw then? if there are no fees?
Uri: and why is it not mentioned that this doesn't apply for bitcoin
Uri: if i were to deposit 1000$ and not like your site the money would just be stuck there?
Luke Turner: For depositing there are not fees but there are fees for payout.

Will stop posting at this point, conversation still ongoing.

The length is random, I don't think you can pick the length.. just have to create a new address until you get the right length.

Hey! I'm so happy just got paid and it was super fast. I deposited by bitcoin on AUG 23 and ran it up and cashed out some. Got paid out super fast. Deposits by bitcoin will withdraw faster than credit card due to it guaranteeing the pot is good. Did not need to send ID or anything. Very happy BetOnline became another option. The features in the software really tells me a lot about who designed them and who they had in mind.
