Apologize in advance for long post--
Haven't had any issues with betonline for couple years until last weekend. Go to make a deposit with credit card I have used before and I get a message telling my deposit is pending and will be proved upon confirmation. Go to live chat and they tell me the processor was transaction as declined. Tells me bank won't actually process the transaction. Two days later... Transaction went through fine, bank processed transaction. Send email--response is I just need to show that the transaction has been approved and is no longer pending. Send that documentation in. Couple days go by... They respond by saying they will now need a full bank statement. So it's been over a week of them giving me the runaround. At this point just gotta wait 2 weeks till I can get this months statement.

So I then ask for them to confirm that my documentation is in order for me to withdrawal and wanna make sure that I won't have to wait the 7 business days following a credit card transaction to withdrawal. Since it will be over a month before the funds even hit my account. The response I get is "The one time rollover is in case you want to request a payout and you didn't request a bonus." What?? I have to wait 7 days because I didn't request a bonus... That makes no sense. I have no requested a bonus just for this reason.

Not sure what is going on with them, but I would be very wary of making any deposits on this site rn. I will post screens to follow.

No need to post screenshots, sites need to protect themselves against charge-backs since they have no legal recourse to collect the funds in that case. Totally reasonable requirements, support is just not the greatest in communicating them. If you don't want to deal with the credit card requirements find another deposit method. This is an A+ rated sportsbook that processes cashouts often with hours, nothing to worry about.

MTT payouts are awful. Tonight in the 7.5k gt($11), 384 entries/404 rebuys/266 addons and only 15 people payed out...that's insane...

My BetOnline software suggestions:

1. Change the full ring NLHE cash tables to 9-max, they're currently 10-max (This may be difficult as programming changes would be needed).

2. Enable the 6-max .02/.04 tables. (It looks like someone forgot to press a button of some kind as this is the only limit where 6-max is not offered.)

Yea, I just looked that up also. I wonder if the 'Special' part of that tourney is the 15 players paid max. The one scheduled for tomorrow has 15 players paid showing. I'd hate to be the 16th player in that one lol.

Cash only, there are no legit symbols on it (e.g. Visa). Fees are pretty steep but not ridiculous, inside the US at least. I posted about the fees earlier in the thread but I haven't used it in a long time since I've switched to BTC.

It's actually worse than you think because, as my earlier post mentioned, their real deposit charge is 7%, not 6.5%. It pisses me off more than it should do!

Express check has been < 7 days every time, over a sample size of 5 checks or so. Average around 5 days.

Haven't done WU but MG twice has been < 48hrs (!)

They told me that you aren't even able to cashout unless you completely clear the bonus or the bonus expires.

Anyone know how to resolve that?

At first it didn't show up in poker and then I transferred it from the Sportsbook.

I decided I'd just rather withdrawal from the site. But when I go to the cashier it goes to the website but shows 0.00 in my account. How do I withdrawal from my poker account?

It doesn't say pending or anything. I didn't deposit that long ago but it should still show up.

It's a moot point b/c he is not allowed to cashout at all, unless I read his post wrong and his bonus is no longer active.

If he is eligible to withdraw now, then yes he could activate the new bonus.

I asked this exact question 2 weeks ago b/c I was wanting to terminate an active bonus and redeposit for a new one. Unless I was given false information, here was their response:
