I am about to go mad. I bought a new computer, just to be able to play on this site because my old computer would crash after playing for 10 minutes. NEVER crashed when I used ANY other software, game or poker site.

On my new computer, I installed the software. Everything was going great after my 1st session...but NOW I get the following error when trying to just open the poker client up.

Game Client is taking too long to start and will be closed.
Possible reasons:
-Video drivers. Please install the latest driver for your video card and restart the computer.
-Antivirus software. PLease let us know what antivirus software is running on your computer and its warning message.
-Windows Security Settings. Please contact our support department so we can help you with this.

I updated my video card drivers. Restarted. Same issue.
I uninstalled my antivirus software. Restarted. Same issue.

WTF I'm going to pull my hair out. I contact support and they just go oh reinstall the software, and reinstall again. THEN they told me to uninstall and reinstall using a DIFFERENT web browswer LOLOLOL ROFL hahahha Same issue.

Just a heads up, you can't rebuy with points even though you can enter with them. They have a few freezeouts but most are tiny with small fields. Saturdays they have a $16.50 freezeout you can use points to, like 50 runners with $300ish to first.

Yes, it should work. If you are having issues with the client, Rightclick the shortcut of BOL on your icon and choose Run as Administrator. Should be good to go.

ok awesome. And how are cashouts? I saw they took like a 7% fee for me on a $1k BTC deposit...are the withdrawals timely and do they take a fee?

I don't play poker on this network just sports. The fee is usually a non issue for sports bettors because they give out bonuses. I did complain about the fee one time and they comped it but that was because I had busted a couple previous deposits using other methods, plus it wasn't listed anywhere on the site.

The thing about bitcoin is that if you think about it, the method isn't as cheap as you think. No site that I would want to play with is going to hold a ton of money in bitcoin so they are going to be selling it into fiat like everyone else and paying a spread on that. I think most sites are also probably paying a processor to do this for them. Of course they can recoup their costs by screwing you on the spread when you deposit or cash out but I have found the rate to generally be pretty fair, plus if you are savvy you can freeroll them by only depositing when price moves in your favor (btc goes down) and re-requesting otherwise. All that said, 7% is a joke.

In any event if you are an actual winner the fee isn't really a big deal, you can make back whatever the fee is pretty quickly at the tables. And this is a really good group that definitely pays...I have won close to six figures at this group, almost every time the payout was quick and hassle free, one time they asked me for ID but no problems after that.

I sent an email today asking about the bitcoin fee and if they can look into waiving it for larger deposits. Hopefully they hear us out, and at least look into lowering it a bit. I would take a 2% hit without issue, because they definitely have cost on their side to liquidate these things.

FWIW I just played a session without making adjustments to table size/sounds or table layout and it did not disconnect for the first time in forever.

Cashed out last night. Requested $600 Bitcoin at approximately 10:00pm California PST time. Got up at 7am to drive my buddy to work and when i came back at 8am, i saw it hit my wallet, so 10 hour turnaround time in total. First ever withdrawal, didn't ask me for any documents (although they probably will at some point down the line)

Fee is 2%, but they don't take it from the total balance, they want you to add it. So at first I tried taking $600 out but it gave me an error, and said I didn't have enough. 2% of $600 is $12, so i moved another $12 over to make it $612 and it went through.

BTW when I say moved over, when withdrawing you have to actually send funds from the poker side to the sportsbook side in order to request a withdrawal.

I'd just like to say, as excellent as the software is here, I have one minor gripe. The time bank is very fickle. Sometimes it will auto time bank and save your hand, and sometimes it will simply not and fold. I haven't been using table tamer for auto time bank because I had some issues with it, and dropping tables has been a minor problem (not a huge one.)

Of course, it manages to save the 53o but dump every AK and QQ haha. #runbad

Doubt it's just me, but it might be.

Yeah this. You start off with a small timebank but as u play more hands and dont use it u get more time on it. Dont quite know how its calculated but i think it starts at 30s and max is 120s.

dont use tamer and so far its always auto banked for me...that sux tho

Apologize in advance for long post--
Haven't had any issues with betonline for couple years until last weekend. Go to make a deposit with credit card I have used before and I get a message telling my deposit is pending and will be proved upon confirmation. Go to live chat and they tell me the processor was transaction as declined. Tells me bank won't actually process the transaction. Two days later... Transaction went through fine, bank processed transaction. Send email--response is I just need to show that the transaction has been approved and is no longer pending. Send that documentation in. Couple days go by... They respond by saying they will now need a full bank statement. So it's been over a week of them giving me the runaround. At this point just gotta wait 2 weeks till I can get this months statement.

So I then ask for them to confirm that my documentation is in order for me to withdrawal and wanna make sure that I won't have to wait the 7 business days following a credit card transaction to withdrawal. Since it will be over a month before the funds even hit my account. The response I get is "The one time rollover is in case you want to request a payout and you didn't request a bonus." What?? I have to wait 7 days because I didn't request a bonus... That makes no sense. I have no requested a bonus just for this reason.

Not sure what is going on with them, but I would be very wary of making any deposits on this site rn. I will post screens to follow.
