It appears their business model is to charge fees for everything and in return have the money to afford good customer service and quick payouts. I don't like it either (fees for everything i.e. BTC) but as a U.S. player I'm somewhat comfortable having my money there so I will continue giving them my business til a more solid option comes along.

Is there an option to slowdown the run out of cards when players are all in? I tried slowing animations down all the way but that appears to have no effect on the speed of the board run outs.

You do make a good point. As I think about the enormous rake and expenses at a live casino 6.5% is nothing in the whole grand scheme of things. Also They do less of a fee for Bitcoin and I admit that customer service and the software, I am ok with.

I just called them and let them know that their bitcoin fees are a deterrent for new players and that all the other poker sites aren't charging fees like they are. I also told her that many people on the poker forums like the software and would like to sign up but refuse to pay the high BTC fee. She said she would notify her supervisor. The more people that call and complain like this the more likely they might realize the fees aren't a good thing long term.

I love this site because the players have a MUCH lower skills than for example the players on Poker Stars.
BUT WARNING. They will let you play and win for a week or so, and suddenly they will block you account for play. A message : You are forbidden to play comes up when you clicks on a table. I received a mail and a formula to fill out. Copies of passport, credit card and etc. I did so. Then they will just ask for more and more. So it`s impossible to reopen your account and hundreds of dollars is lost.

They want you to send them what you just gave them of copies and etc. And maybe a small detail more. My account has been blocked for weeks now. I tried to open it again today. Then they just sent me a request to give them more details. When I replied they sent me a automatic mail with a lot of bull****.
Now I don`t want to give them more details of my credit card and my passport and etc. It looks to me like a hustle site.
I have informed my friends who play high stakes cash game about this and they will quit this site.

Regarding fees, is it cheaper for someone with an € bank account to withdraw via bank wire or withdraw via neteller to neteller $ and then send it from there to the € bank account?
I heard that neteller kinda rips you off with their exchange fees.
Other option would be a € Skrill account, but I don't think that this one is the best.
