I'm from the US and just signed up for a Bet Online account. What's the best way to deposit and minimize fees?

Thanks!

How's the average player pool compared to Bovada and ACR?

Its about the same as ACR, but the software is worse.

Softer than ACR, tougher than Bovada.

So I just want to share my miserable recent withdrawal experience.

I strongly advise players to choose Bovada or WPN. I've never had ANY of the issues that I've been having trying to get my money.

So I deposited $100 to splash around and test the site out. The software is just brutal. The lobby setup is frustrating.

I deposited via Bitcoin, worked easily.

I used a deposit bonus, which was a MISTAKE. You have to wait 30 days from your deposit with a bonus, even AFTER you reach the rollover requirement, which I did which was a small miracle in and of itself.

So after satisfying all of the withdrawal requirements, I still kept getting error messages when attempting to withdraw.

I went to the chat, and they said I was under review and I would receive an email shortly

Those are 3 players with whom I randomly played Heads Up Fixed Limit against, for, approximately 100-200 hands total? They were all from Denmark or some other random ass country. I believe I hit and ran one after realizing how good they seemed to be, and then lost some from the others. All in all, completely honest and innocent play. I live in MA and can barely point out Denmark on a map and CLEARLY any quick look into my play would reveal that it was legit.

It's been 3 days since my response asserting that I do not know these players. I've inquired to the status of the review, getting generic, broken English responses stating that they would inform me of the results.

Just a warning to players out there. You don't necessarily have to believe me, but I've done nothing but followed the sites terms of service and they're trying to jerk me around and prevent me from withdrawing based on flimsy allegations. I know the poker landscape is bad for US players but Bovada and WPN are FAR safer and better options.

They took the NBA Rake Race info off their promotions page. Did anyone actually get paid from that? I received no notification about receiving payment and it's been over for 14 days.

Without a timebank and the requirement to type in bet sizings I'm surprised you can even play that many tables.

Any recent processor ending in HQ should be fine, to be safe avoid avoid the ones ending in U. 8GB of RAM because Win 10 compressesion seemed to hit the processor pretty hard when RAM is short. SSD only going to make a difference if you are using a HH converter and HM/PT.

Others have reported lag even with high-end specs so its possible there are random conflicts out there with display drivers, anti-virus etc. I have a i7-4720 8GB RAM and cheap SSD, no issues.

I have ordered an i5 3.2gz 16GB, and a 520/350mb/s SSD, I use a converter for HM2 so I hope this does the job. Only thing I can think that could conflict are the 2 UGA USB display adapters I use. Fortunately the OS in the new machine is windows 8.

We paid out players in the 1st week of the month.
We don't send out a notification e-mail.
However you'd see the money in your poker wallet.
Send me your username and I'll take a look.

Always steered clear since reading about the issues discussed in the OP. Is the consensus that things are on the up and up or what?

a few things maybe are, many have stayed the same:

Good:
-cashouts are fast but expensive (one free per month on a friday)
-players are below average

Bad:
-software is lousy (blackjack attached to cash tables, freezing, disconnects and lags)
-must rake 100% of first deposit to withdraw, while most other sites are 10%
-no rakeback, very few if any reload bonuses pokerwise

I'm fine with all of the this bad. I'm primarily concerned with arbitrarily getting my account frozen and funds stolen. There haven't been any issues in this regard from big winners?

seemed to be a fair amount of complaints a year or two back like that, but have calmed down lately, other than the occasional one (look at page before this, theres someone speaking of it)

Morphing, you've used the Western Union P2P money transfer and had no problems depositing? I tried CC deposit and my bank blocked the transaction. Looking for good method, not intersted in bitcoin.
