This site is infested with Russian bots. I stopped playing on BOL when NJ got regulated poker but it was bad then is prob worse now.

I've actually been annoyed enough to create this post. Usually I just read them, but I want to warn others about my experience with BetOnline.

Basically, be warned that they might take your deposit bonus away from you with no warning or explanation. It's even in their Terms of Service that they can do so at any time and without cause.

I deposited $500 about two weeks ago, and got a 200% match bonus that I had 120 days to clear. Less than twenty days later, when I'm working through Stage Two of the five stage release promotion, it's gone. No longer available to me. I contacted them by the Live Chat function, by phone and by e-mail. Each time I was told that they have the authority to take away my bonus if they want to and there's nothing I can do about it. So I got cheated out of $950 of their initial promise.

So, be aware that if you deposit any money into this site and claim a deposit bonus, they very well might take it away from you before you claim anything more than a few bucks.

The bonus went away after the software update. If you were in the middle of the bonus they should have paid you out today for your progress towards the bonus. And they are offering a 100% match bonus this month as well that looks like it's easier to work off.

I already deposited what I could for the 200% bonus. And if they take one bonus away, I'm definitely not going to give them even more money for another bonus that they can take away.

Does BOL Tiffany still hang out around here? She was very helpful the one time I needed her before.

Any chance they add some higher fixed limit games? I am looking at the fl08 right now and it only offers up to .5/1 which is micro stakes.

I understand there is a lot going on with the new update, so just throw this suggestion in the queue.

Just wondering, today there was basically no action at NL 6max 400+, while usually at the same time there is at least some table popping up here and there, regs waiting etc.

i was also overcharged in addition to the deposit fee

the best thing about the new software update is that there are no longer the adjacent blackjack tables

the 3/6 cent NL table is gone

Screenshot the overcharge on your bank statement and they will credit your account. Took less than 24hrs for me to get it resolved. Although I did have to wait until the deposit went from pending to posted.

tried to fireup betonline. Didnt work. Uninstalled it and tried to redownload. Got anti virus block. trojan I sent them a message. im in US.

Did you download the most up to date version from the site? I had 0 issues

With the new software, I have to press a button so I don't auto-post a BB my first hand at a table. It's happened a couple of time and it's rather annoying posting a BB UTG or UTG+1. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Found the solution in the Options tab after a second look in the TABLE section.

Downloaded the new software and fired it up without issue yesterday, but today I go to open it and I get a pop-up window saying it's taking too long/to contact support and let them know what antivirus software I'm using...

Support tells me uninstall/reinstall and now it won't even let me download/install the client.

Anyone have any ideas?

I did that after the charge was posted. They told me they could only do it if they had a copy of the end of the month (billing period) statement. By that time I had busted out and I didn't bother.

I forgot about that and deposited a second time recently and the same thing happened. We're only talking about a few bucks, but if a BOL rep wants to PM me so I can get my ten bucks back I would be grateful, LOL.

Does anyone know if the 6% fee applies for deposits? I remember seeing a while ago if you deposit enough you can get it waived, I was thinking of depositing with $1k in BTC

None of the deposit fees are listed on the website anymore. I emailed a few days ago to see if there were any fees with Neteller or BTC and no response.

Also is there still a withdrawls thread about them on here?

This is it but no one has any real issues with withdrawing these days so there aren't many reports.

Tried emailing them a few times about how much rake you have to pay to unlock the new $2500 bonus. Couldn't get a response from them. Anyone on here know or can guestimate?

I think you clear the bonus at a rate of $5 per 1500 comp points which equals $15 in rake. So for the $2500 bonus you need $7500 rake. Im not sure tho as live support wasn't able to confirm these number.

VIP levels and points are not active yet, support said they were thinking about it but not sure when they will be active if at all..
