I want to know how to look up the history of the rakechase payouts too. No matter where I look I don't see it and I'm trying to figure out if they paid what I was owed for April. Customer support is utterly useless in this matter so far.

please synchronize the breaks at 55 after the hour so you can play more than one tournament and actually get a break.

Someone asked about the bitcoin deposit fee issue on sbrforum. Everyone should take a look there since sbr could probably do something about this. I mean if they dont do anything via sbr... then im not sure how they would make any bitcoin changes.

i can appreciate that. I posted about the payout structure and the synchronized breaks about a year ago, and was told the synced breaks were coming. Here we are a year later and still nothing has changed on either subject. If they build the tournament player pool, by offering better payout structures and synced breaks, more players will come to their site to bet.

Is there any way for BetOnline to make a sound effect for when a tournament starts instead of after it is over?

I sat down at a $40 HU SNG and BetOnline alerted me with a "deh-dit" noise after all my chips were blinded away. It is bad enough that I have to wait 40+ minutes for a game.

This really just crushed my mood because I was busy on Twitter waiting for a game only to find out I had blinded away $40. I know I should have been paying attention. But this is a real pain in the ass to look at the screen every 2 minutes to see if a game is happening or not.

That's like 10 games wasted away which is a lot of time.

Ok so here is what happneed to me and I feel I need to make an account and share exactly how scary this site is. First off their customer service has your password as soon as you tell them your login number (very scary). Ok So I emailed them and asked to have my email updated. In doing so they changed my email and login to something else! Changed my name to Larry (its Jake) address to something else and my zipcode password everything! If it wasn't for me having the ticket number they were just gonna shun me off (I had 360 in my account).

So I finally get a "manager" on the line. He tells me that it was a mistake and employee accidently changed my information to someone elses information when they were "working on my account" ARE YOU ****ING KIDDING ME!?!?!?!?! THIS IS WHERE **** GETS VERY BAD!

They then correct my information and I change my password (wont do any good they can access your information whenever they want they have your password at all times.) So I have to take a picture of my drivers liscense to send to them to show my proof of address (they changed it back to a old address when updating my account and I HAVE TO PROVE its my address again???).

Ok so after all is said and done im like OK cool I got my account up and running again all my money is there password is changed everything seems good. I then go to bed and this is what I wake up to!!!!!!!

THATS RIGHT FOLKS!!! THEY WANT A PICTURE OF THE FRONT AND BACK OF MY DEBIT CARD!!!!!!!!!!!!

At this point I'm in complete shock waking up to this I'm like omg these people have my ID and now want my credit card number and my CCV code!!!!

This is how identity theft 101 happens I give them those pics thats it they now can buy WHAT EVER they want online! So at this point I'm like SCREW IT! I log in I have like 364$ I go to a room and bet max 3x (go figure id won 2 lol) 3rd I lost it all like just under 1k. I wanted to get rid of everything in the account I only put 50$ in but still!

These people can access your account and have the gull to message you via email asking for photo of some of of the craziest **** IVE EVER SEEN!

PLEASE people beware!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I have all the screen shots and original links from them asking me for this. I am very worried about what they might do to others! I am not sure what jurisdiction they are under or if the United States "long arm statue" can even effect them.

BUT PLEASE people beware let your friends know and leave the site immediately they want to steal your info!!!!

This is old news op. I haven't heard of anyone having had their identity stolen by betonline though trepadatious about them knowing your password.

Standard practice for a number of poker sites. Sorry you threw $350 in a blender though.

It don't even have to be them using your CC. They will probably sell your info on the dark web for xxx and let someone else use your identity in India or something. I'm not risking it. 350$ isn't worth it to me and 350 is a pretty insignificant amount of money for me to risk anything over. I'll use bovada and just play a few games for fun. They have paid me out not issues. Betonline is VERY SHADY. I pray your identity is safe man. But when Khashaud from india starts buying **** with your info don't tell me.

yeah sure ...dude in what world do you live? if you deposit with CC almost all pokerrooms are asking you both copies of CC but you have to cover the CVV .

you have wasted 350 $ for nothing.LOL

Bovada has never asked me for pictures of my CC. I called my bank and told them about this and they said DO NOT EVER share pictures of the front and back of your debit car. So I guess you guys know more than my bank on security measures.

you do know you can take a picture of the bank and black out the ccv number with paint right? lol send them that and then if they still ask for it unblacked out you should be alarmed but this is pretty standard for all poker sites.

I've been paid out from bovada MANY TIMES and never had to show my CC ONCE thats completely unneeded or relevant to get paid out by check to see your CC.

maybe they want to verify that its actually your account by you showing them the card you previously used. I know it doesn't make a lot of sense but they cant do nothing if you scan the back without ccv number, they don't need that. Has nothing to do with bovada or any other site.

If only there was some type of digital currency capable of non-reversible transactions we wouldn't have to deal with the trepidation that comes with giving shady sites our personal info...

Pretty sure that's unavoidable even with bitcoin. I'm not aware of a poker site that allows you to sign up and play without providing at least some kind of personal information.

Hello all! Made a 150$ deposit to Paynorake, dated 9th June. But funds were not reflected on my Paynorake account so far.

I got several replies from them like

Good day Mikhail,

Thank you for contacting PayNoRake.

PayNoRake Customer Support

Provided them with all information and printscreens of my skrill account confirming that payment was processed, But seems like they are not going to do anything. May be their representative here could help me out.

Thanks in advance

Google sbr industry betonline deposit fee. Then you will see the threads with complaints on that forum about it.

They definitely need to get rid of the fee for depositing bitcoin. Lot of posters over there complained about it.

Have the same problem. Made deposit to Paynorake by Skrill, 15 June. But have no this funds on my Paynorake account.
also give them all information and screens of my skrill account confirmed that payment was complete. Have no answer too. Looks like after Tiger cooperate with BOL, Paynorake decided just end their business.

I have had decent success with BOL. My account was under review at one point because my brother in law logged in using the same IP address as me and we both had to send in ID and credit card etc. That took them about a month to clear up, which has been my only complaint. Bad blind structure and payout structure, but the players are so bad it makes it worth it. Even the regs on there really don't know what their doing. They have added some tourneys over the last 6 months hopefully they will add some more.
