There is no download option currently. You either need to use those or other HUDs like DriveHUD, which does not require the card catcher.

My wife has an account on Sportsbook and everything was fine till she cashed out a couple of times. They wanted her to verify herself again with phone calls and more picture which she did. They are having issues because I had accounts with them and we use the same computer, so they are keeping her account closed. Look like they are just trying to keep the money, anyone else have a problem with them? (Of coarse there is more to the story, but just wondering if its just us?)

Do you mean SportsBetting.ag? SportsBook is a completely different site unrelated to this network. If you do mean SportsBetting then, yes, I have seen other forum members here post about similar issues in the past. Only one account per person, per household is allowed to be active on the network. You can find that in the Rules section of their website. It's literally the first rule listed. I would see if Mike the official representative of the sponsored forum here can help remedy your situation.

Yes Sportsbetting. Funny how they let her sign up and deposit loads of money but when she won and cashed out it turned into a thing. Typical.....they called and talk to her and where confrontational, she chewed that dude up and spit him out, it was very funny. They kept trying to call her but she wasnt having it, supose we wait a bit more and see what happens.

Account reviews are often not performed until somebody tries to withdraw. That goes for most, if not all, poker sites.

It sounds like it was probably an honest mistake on your part. I would try to see if BetOnline Mike can help you out. I think it would be nice of them if they were at least willing to refund your deposit.

I can understand both yours and your wife's frustration with the situation, especially if they were accusatory and confrontational towards your wife, but I would probably try to be cordial with them if you desire to receive some money back from them.


While most players, if not everybody, on the site were experiencing issues during the time they tried to run the Dollar Insanity tournament, I have not experienced any issues at all since it was cancelled. I've been issue free for the last few hours.

Is your client set to run as administrator? Are you running any 3rd party software which might be affecting your ability to login?

my setup wasn't the issue, no antivirus/firewall etc, running as admin

i seemed to fix the issue by:

right click on gameclient.exe, goto compatibility tab, check run this program in compatiblity mode for windows 7 (my OS)

was on tilt there for a minute glad i figured it out

I'm able to access the website, but not the poker client. I had a chat conversation with cust serv, they keep on saying they are working on it, but no idea how long it will take to fix the issue.

lol BetOnline Poker straight jacked me for $30. I was playing a $30 turbo sit n go 6 handed sunday night 7/21/19 and there was a tremendous lag. Long story short, we were literally dealt one hand during level 1, one hand during level 2, and by hand 3 blinds were 50/100. I ended up losing hand #9 with blinds at 75/150. I asked for a refund on this bs and they said no.

I was playing in tournament #15724 on 7/21/19. It was a $30 buy in 6 handed turbo nl holdem sit and go tournament. There was a tremendous lag which caused players to be dealt a total of 3 hands during the first 15 minutes of play. The very first hand that was dealt was hand #448786544 with blinds at 10/20. The very next hand that was dealt was hand #448787187 with blinds at 15/30. The third hand that was dealt was hand #448787650 with blinds at 25/50. The 4th hand that was dealt was hand #448787998 with blinds at 50/100. Play resumed at normal speed by then. I ended up losing all in for 1075 with A5 vs 67 preflop with blinds at 75/150. Players were only dealt one hand per blind level for the first 3 levels. I was dealt a total of 3 hands during the first 15 minutes of play because of a system lag. I asked for a refund and they replied no.

The whole network experienced issues due to one promotional tournament they ran which led to a huge spike in traffic that caused an overload of their servers. I would ask BetOnline Mike in the sponsored forum if he can help get you some kind of compensation for your troubles.
