As far as I know, when it comes to HUDs, there are none specifically against the rules to use right now.

I am currently driving home and I am unable To see what the Sunday major tournament is I tried calling and the guy in the phone said he wasn’t able to tell me and I had to try and live chat which I can’t do right now so can someone tell me what the guarantee is for tonight and work first place usually is. thank you

I do not know what they are talking about, only running programm is HM for other sites but is no help for BETONLINE? I'm now not allowed to run it for other sites?

The link below provides the tournament schedule. At the top of the page you can find some information about the Sunday Majors. You can scroll down close to the bottom of the page to view the running tournament list.

If you're not running anything you're not suppose to then it's probably a false positive caused by HM. It is strange that you're not even using it for the site and yet it's still probably triggering your account to get flagged.

I believe a few other people have posted about getting this email in the last week. Hopefully the site representative BetOnline Mike will be able to provide some insights this week in the dedicated forum. It's best to post and check for updates in there.

You can use them as the buy-in for some tournaments. Click on the tourney reg page, then on "Register". If you can use VIP points, it will show how many the tourney costs, and how many you have, as well as other reg options.

Hi.

I got email couple weeks ago about using Piosolver when Tigergaming client running and indeed I had one session where I had it solving on the background. I thought that is fine, I won't open it anymore while playing and we should be okay.

Today got another email that said the same thing that I have Piosolver running while playing and certainly haven't have it open simultaneously with Tigergaming client. Now account locked with lots of money in it.

What is going on here? Anyone else have had similar problems??

Yeah probably had bad wording. Meant I have had script solving on the background once. Not looking solved sims while playing.

Anyone have a big white window popup saying 'dummy window monitor 1' when opening tables on another monitor or moving the lobby to another monitor/know how to stop that from happening. It's very annoying and seems to serve no purpose.

Sounds like a bug that needs to be reported to support... or maybe to their sponsored forum here on 2+2.
