Hey Yall,

anybody else is experiencing this EXTREME lag on BOL?
I cant even play. I got very high specs so thats not the issue. Also got super fast internet connection.

This didnt happen before. Today my tables started freezing, then I couldnt even load the lobby. Reinstalled, cleared cache and cookies, dnsflushed, everything... Didnt help.

Then after an hour or so I was finally able to access the lobby, and sit at some tables. Well 15 minutes later, again that terrible lag where I had to sit out and quit.

Any ideas? Do you experience this too? Its driving me nuts.

Just open the poker client, hit sportsbook, load website, look on the right side and you should see it.

I had reported suspected bots a while back, and was wondering if anyone has seen any of these user/usernames active or if you have the ability to see stats as I don't use any tracking or looking up stat information...

Any insight or help into that would be greatly appreciated!

No. It's just a very simple HUD like Holdem Indicator, but for Omaha.
Just logged into the site for the first time in a long time, had to change PW, found the same email he did. was quite a while ago but was probably using Omaha Indicator at the time i got the email.

I take it from other posts that my immediate reply asking for clarification of what software i need to get rid of will never get a response and i should just ignore the message entirely and play as per usual since there's no AI or etc involved; just a false flag?

We talked a little bit in the Where Should I Play? thread. If you do find the cause and a solution then please update this thread. FWIW I had no issues tonight either. I'm not sure at all what could be causing your issue.

Have you checked everything I mentioned in the post in the link below?

I can't say definitively what they may do or say in the future, but I think you're probably OK to continue using Omaha Indicator if that's all you were using. If you do hear back then please post an update here.

That's kind of odd. I don't recall any other posts mentioning the stats tab being an issue. I tried right now and it was working for me.

I only play MMTs. Just looked at some vids on YouTube that had the stats open but they were all cash games, maybe that’s it. Thank you for your reply though!!!

Yeah, I only checked at a cash table. I don't play many MTTs these days so I'm not sure if I've ever tried to look at it while in one and if it normally shows data during tournaments.

You're correct. I use stats tab a lot when playing cash games, but found that it doesn't work for MTT's.

Can everyone go drop a note in the "suggestion" box link they have that the bounty tourneys they run are awesome!?

There was a fast fold MTT and they had some progressive knockouts running today as well. Even as a cash player i think the added mix of games is great and I do like to dabble with tourneys just to keep things fresh. Variety is the spice of life as they say.

Did it happen after a withdrawal or just out of the blue? How did they inform you? Could you just not log in or were you removed from an active table?

Unable to log in. Message pops up saying temporary suspension when i attempted to access client.

Chat support was inconsistent with what the issue was. I talked to two people. First said it was location based, which makes sense as I am traveling atm and also occasionally using a VPN depending on where I am staying.

I was transferred and the 2nd chat support said she couldn't detect any suspension on my account. When I gave the "error code" accompanying the message, she determined that it was standard review and gave the prognosis of 24-48 hours.

Today I am able to log in again ahead of schedule. I assume the review is concluded, although the 2nd chat rep told me they would email me if they needed any info and also to let me know review is concluded.

Also: My last withdrawal, about 1 week ago, was cancelled and I received an email from financial services asking me about the multiple locations. I sent them an email back explaining and they processed another withdrawal in under 24hrs(btc).

TLDR: BetOnline is monitoring location logins and will freeze your account or cancel payouts if there is unusual activity, but is fairly responsive and quick to restore once you explain account activity and let them know that everything is ok. I think this is actually a good thing.

Last withdraw I got I had to verify through a email code. That's good on their part, have to protect those crypto withdrawals.

Trying to install Betonline on home PC after being away travelling for 3 months, it crashes as soon as I start the client after install. Tried a couple times, can't login, just keeps crashing. Using Win7. Anyone else having trouble?

Did you try running as administrator? Usually fixes the issue.

I don't believe they allow for any P2P transfers. I took a brief glance at the rules page and I didn't find any mentions of it. You could ask them via live chat or email for better confirmation.
