viking is correct, but I don't know of anybody who is actively tracking them on this network. Look at some of the high volume MTT grinders and compare their SharkScope info with bots found on other networks.


That's what happens when a bunch of bot accounts are allowed to wipe out your recreational players day after day.

Evening US hours and weekends tend to see better cash games. In off-peak hours the games are full of bots, ROW rakeback grinders and one or two unfortunate recreational players.


They haven't banned me....yet. I guess they're waiting for my 1,000 post made about them in this thread.

Correct, but I meant as far as online poker ever being blanket legalized. The things that everybody kept claiming could never happen because sites just “made too much money” keep happening.

I am open and honest...will talk about anything...was told my "behavior" is the reason why...then found out behavior was because of too many emails and chats. After that, I was told 3 different reasons as to why the account was locked. Behavior, lack of proof I provided(which absolutely flummoxed me based on everything I sent, documented, and provided), was given the "illegal software" response by a Sierra in live chat which was quickly walked back as 'she was reading another account,' and in asking regarding these and asking for an account summary which I have a right to, everyone deflected to someone else and told me not true what I was told or I will be contacted...Now this has gone on for months and I am still in the dark. Worst part of all, something like this happened over the summer and my account was locked for nearly 2 months. Then, I was ignored, then finally got answers as to why the account was closed...those responses were because of "chip-dumping," my account was being accessed in Russia, my account was compromised, and because my personal information was compromised. This caused to me to close accounts and have to check finances meanwhile no one answered me until I finally got a gentleman JG on the phone who said none of it was true and I was at a table where suspicious activity took place, and because I was at table, I was locked out. I received an apology and it was opened back up...But this is now the second time something like this has happened.

Does anyone play and have played windfalls? All those accounts are no longer active, ones I listed before...This is a massive cover up. While ACR, partypoker, and winamx, among others are doing right by there players, I am being silenced for the truth...Anyone else with insight, information, or similar situations...especially with those player names...

Not once did and of those players play against each other...all went dark and disconnected at same time when they played and logged on at same time...betting patterns, sizes, and timing of folds, raises, calls were spot on to the tenth of the second...

I also sent them phone records, along with time, date, agent, and transcript of what was told to me...

Their claim...I didn't provide any of this...

It's really hard to find a way to help you. If I were you, I would gather all the information, write a rough draft, then have some proof read for you, then you can email and ask for it to be forwarded or reviewed by a supervisor or upper management.

The VIP points can only be exchanged for tickets into certain tournaments. Check the description in the lobby for the tournament to see if you can use points to enter it. I believe you can also exchange the points for a little bit of cash if you play on the TigerGaming skin. I'm not sure what the exact exchange rate is.

FYI, if you send emails with too big of a file size, the emails are auto-bounced/filtered and no one ever sees them. This is spam prevention, DDoS protection (reduces overall server load in attacks), etc.

Not saying this is what happened, but it is a possibility if you tried to send them a 10+ megabyte email or something.

The normal method to use a wallet like blockchain then move it to Coinbase to withdraw it offline. Havent experienced or heard any issues doing that, any reason you want to avoid Coinbase?

The fees were ridiculous. I just registered with gemini. For some reason on my 8000 cashout, i got 8130 deposited into my wallet. Moving from my wallet to coinbase to bank account, somehow 300 dollars disappeared (Coinbases fees). I only got 7800 into my bank account.

I've been doing mostly sports, but the poker room isn't bad. I've decided to stick to tourney's. I think tourney's offer the most value for solid rec players with limited time to play. I'll leave the cash to the grinders.
