I want to thank tiger gaming.com for their excellent customer support and patience. I highly recommend the site for great poker tables, amazing casino and fast withdrawals.

Thank you again,

Actually changing BTC into whatever currency they bank in, in whatever 3rd world country they are based in, is probably super expensive.

but NOT ONE other site that i know of charges any fee at all, and they charge over 6%. Bovada, Carbon, ACR, Intertops, Full Flush and others must be taking one hell of a beating then.

Brilliant. They know how soft their player pool is and are effectively forcing winning players (whom use Bitcoin obv) to "pay to play"

i like the site too, but that has been the main reason i havent deposited there in the past few months, plus they charge 2% to withdraw via BTC (i can stomach that even though thats semi-absurd also, granted carbon charges 5%), but again the other 'major' sites dont charge anything to withdraw via BTC either.

Everyone receives 1 free cashout per month if you request it on a Friday.

i knew about it, thats why i said i can stomach the 2%, bc once a month it's free mainly, but the 6% is just an awful money grab.

I would imagine they're counting on it, because I can't think of any other reason it would have to be on a specific day of the week.

If my friend wants poker, sports betting and a casino rolled into one is this his best option. Bovada and Intertops aren't since they no longer take US players. Trying to help a brotha out.

I think that would be news to all the US players on both sites.

Best place to get answers to general questions about US-facing sites is here:

Anybody know how to transfer player notes from one computer to another? Took a quick look, but couldn't find anything. I don't really know much about this stuff though.

I haven't tried it myself, but it looks like they're under /Users/username/AppData/Roaming/BetOnline/Notes

Been trying to find that thread on my app for the last few days, ty! As for my statement I meant to say NEW US players. My buddy said Bovada wouldn't allow a sign up and what I recall from Intertops is they stopped NEW US a while back as well. If I'm wrong though, that's good news.

whenever I try to access the cashier, my default browser, google chrome, displays a blank page after trying to connect to the chico poker network. Not only is the page blank, but it's also untitled. I also tried copying the complete URL which includes a bunch of key/value pairs into the address bar of IE and that doesn't work either. IE displays a page but says that the page I'm looking for was not found.

This has been happening to me now for weeks...since none of you seem to be having this issue or you would've said something, I guess I'm being singled out by the browser gods or something? Or is it because I must use Firefox as my default browser?

Tiger Gaming is not a US-friendly site.

Everyone here should all email Betonline and tell them to make changes to the bitcoin deposit policy. 6.5% fee is pretty ridiculous for a deposit/withdraw option that cost them the least money and doesn't cost any fees at all as no processor issues.

I understand credit cards they have to take processing fee... but bitcoin? Everyone should email BOL on this issue. There should not be any fee at all with bitcoin for depositing. Withdraws i believe its 2 percent. I don't agree with that either but the deposit fee is just ridiculous. Not one book out there charges a fee for depositing via bitcoin. Depositing via bitcoin is the most hassle free option and doesn't cost them processing costs. If enough people email them on this issue, they might change this policy of theirs.

i made basically the same post last week..the over 6% fee is ridiculous...this site was notorious for small money-grabby things they did, and to their credit have been getting better with some of it...but this one takes the cake, and is why i wont deposit there until it changes.

Just a minor note on the free Friday cashouts. You have to wait 30 days before you can get another free cashout even if it is a new calendar month. I could not receive it on my cashout request today b/c I had used one the last Friday of April.

Yes we need to all email Betonline about the bitcoin deposit fee issue. If enough players email betonline on this, then we can finally deposit bitcoin with no fees. Seems ridiculous any fees for depositing via bitcoin.
