Th reason for me to use a lawyer is for them not to be able to operate like this anymore as no one should be treated like this: online gambling sites should not be allowed to take people's money and not payout!
This affects the whole industry and other honest gabling sites as a whole!!!

I'm going to guess you never used a credit/debit card to fund your BOL account prior to making your first withdrawal request. I haven't had to verify anything either yet and I've recieved ~10 cashouts so far. I was told the reason I didn't need to go through the verification process was cuz my account was never funded with a credit/debit card. I've strictly used MG.

Come to think of it when I played @ fullflush I only used MG as well and was never required to go through verification before I could cash out
I deposited with my bank visa, maybe because it was right after Super Bowl and only for $1500? I'll probably get hit with verification on my next cash out.

There's no reason for this other then to make it is a difficult as possible for players to switch skins. An email is not a good enough record? If for some reason you need a hard copy why cant you just print urself out a copy of it?

Happy to update that I was awarded first place from the week 3 challenge after alerting the company via email and here on the forum. All points seem to now be updated correctly and daily.

I love BOL and am a huge advocate of US players playing there. However, I have heard some horror stories about w/d requirements after using bonuses ITT. I'd do my research before opting for a deposit bonus there.

Thanks for the info everyone. Good to know the site trustworthy these days. I signed up and played(well, tried to play) a few freerolls. Unfortunately, the software made the game unplayable. When it was my turn to act, I would click to raise/fold, and the game would freeze and sit me out. Then I would toggle the sitting out button, and it would switch itself back to sitting out a few seconds later. So I was forced to sit out indefinitely. Is the software glitchy for anyone else or is it just me?

I requested a confirmation number for the transfer (so my bank can track it) 3 times, more than 48 hours ago, still no reply ...

You must not use it too consistently. It goes down like this fairly often. Not always a 45+ minute outage... but this happens regularly.

Next time, check if TigerGaming (the non-US skin) is up, which was the case throughout this outage, and you won't panic. Doubt the Feds are coming after a site this tiny!

Yeah thats absurd. Bitcoin deposits are a lot easier for sites to do than other deposit methods. No reason it should cost 6%

Unfortunately this. If your the type of person who goes directly into panic mode when a site goes down unexpectedly (which is understandable for those of us living in the land of the free ) BOL is not for you.


Edit- just read u been playing there for a year. Hang in there, @ The 2 year mark you start getting used to it.


Bovada should offer a prop bet on the over/under on how many times the BOL server will crash each month.

Still experiencing the lag? I know the site went down recently, maybe your connection issues were caused because of that? Their software sucks and d/c are far to frequent but the site is always playable for me when it's up and running.

For the record BOL offers tables with disconnection protection which are the only tables I will play over there these days. Getting d/c and watching urself time out after putting a decent amount of $$ in the pot, with the effective nuts, is enough to make me lose my ****. Only thing worse is the asshats who abuse the d/p, which happens frequently.

Lastly,

REPORT D/P ABUSERS. If we don't police the games it's just gonna keep getting worse
