I deposited with a bonus and lost all the deposit, including the bonus money. I later deposited again to play poker, and it still says I have $4k/$11k rollover to complete. Do I actually have to complete this to withdraw even though I zeroed my account balance?

I realize the proper place to ask would be through BOL customer service, but it's not a very pressing issue since I don't plan on withdrawing soon, and it wouldn't be a huge deal to have to complete the rollover anyway. Just curious if anyone here knows the answer.

They are slow and incompetent with their CS, but I've done this many times.
Make it clear that the rollover is from a PREVIOUS deposit, and not the current one. For that reason, the rollover shouldn't apply, so long as you didnt take a bonus the second time too. In that case, only the rollover from the second deposit should apply.

Requested a withdrawal 1/23 at 10PM, it just finally got "Under Review" at 7AM this morning. Probably looking to take more than 48 hours to even process, instead of the "within 24 hours" they advertise.

I'm glad you got your funds, but I think you're misunderstanding their time frame. You should expect it to take as much as 24 hours before it's reviewed, not processed.

Are banks more likely to accept a check from a poker site if its in a state where online poker is legal?

Thanks, It's been almost two years since I've requested a payout, but I'm finally in the profit with this, and I still got some funds to take a few shots in the Poker room.

I'm not sure as I don't do transactions via check. It might be better to ask that question in the Where Can US Players Play thread, but there may also be a better place to ask that I'm not thinking of.

Banks have no idea if the check is from a poker site. You'll get a foreign check in the mail and the bank teller will look at you funny, and you'll probably have to wait 2 weeks for the money. Bitcoin is pretty nice though.

Yes, most major banks don't care if you are an established customer. If they press you on the source of the funds just say something like consulting etc.

Yea for PNC the first time I got a check it took like a month to go thru but now that they know the checks are legit they credit me the next day after depositing. Ive still switched to bitcoin still though less wait and less fees

Quick question, I looked briefly but didn't find the answer on their site.

How is the time bank accumulated? Is it like 1 extra second every few orbits or something similar? All i know is that is seem to build very very slowly.

I know it's not very useful information but just something that crossed my mind today.
