Email support ASAP, they will just cancel your request if you aren't verified. It's easier than most sites.

That's what I did when I requested a paper check withdrawal, got it a week from day of request and I didn't have to verify anything. This was about a week after the Superbowl.

If you've used cards I think you will need to fax over the standard stuff.

I'm going to guess you never used a credit/debit card to fund your BOL account prior to making your first withdrawal request. I haven't had to verify anything either yet and I've recieved ~10 cashouts so far. I was told the reason I didn't need to go through the verification process was cuz my account was never funded with a credit/debit card. I've strictly used MG.

Come to think of it when I played @ fullflush I only used MG as well and was never required to go through verification before I could cash out

Thanks. I'll get in touch with them. I was just worried that they would drag me through the mud about it although judging from the cashout discussions, most people seem to be pretty happy these days.

Guys, can you please tell what's up with the midstakes cash action?

I want to start playing there, but everytime i open the client its a complete joke that 400NL plus, all regs are sitout and no one plays?

seriously? Tiffany this guys should be kicked out from the table, this is ridiculous.

If not processes by tomorrow, I will forward all details and proof to my pro bono lawyer (specializes in online gaming) who will prepare a class action lawsuit against them.
They own other sites such as PayNoRke.com and BetOnline.com.

Ended up loosing ~$12 through the BTC process, and it taking 5 days. I think it is smarter to use the free expedited check, then you wont have any fees, and it sounds like it takes around the same time.

Check requested last Friday 4/29 and already scheduled for delivery to be received Tuesday 5/3, just 4 days later.

As someone who's dealing with the headaches of waiting 8+ months for payouts on Full Flush, I just wanted to express my appreciation for the fast payouts at BetOnline.

We don't have the same processor. If he tried to make a deposit from the US he wouldn't be able to. If he somehow managed to do so then I'm certain that his bank would have something to say about it.

I thinking about making an account on BetOnline. Since there is no rakeback, are there any significant sign up bonuses I should be aware of?

It looks like there are more than a few threads where people have had trouble withdrawing after building up a roll. However, I see people successfully withdrawing recently in this thread. Are withdrawals reliable on this site these days?

They have promotional stuff every now and then. There are POP points from cash games that can be spent on tourneys.

Getting your money out shouldn't be a problem. I freerolled my way to somewhere around $7000 through the years though I don't play as much anymore. If you never deposited you will have to give them $50 and place a sports bet. It seemed weird that they wanted me to do this. I was skeptical of getting scammed, but I did indeed get money out.

BetOnline's reputation has improved tremendously over time and seems to be well trusted in the gambling community.

Are the licensed by any gaming commission?
Do they have a telephone number you can reach them at?
Do you know where they are located?
Do they have a robust complaints procedure , so if you have a disagreement you will know what to do?

More details:

I have requested my Withdrawal on Wednesday April 27th.
Each day ever since they cancel my request for withdrawal and ask for documentation/currency preference.
I replied to each and every email they sent me and provided all info requested 8 times, only to have them ask for it again.
When i contacted the live chat and explained what is happening, she (Belle) simply suggests I email them again without providing further assistance and than disconnects.

Below is the last detailed email I sent them recently

I suggest you forward this email to a supervisor who will handle it appropriately.

I will pursue this case until the end no matter how long it takes: online casinos who treat players like this and don't pay should not exist!

Dude I get it. I've been there. I've been at the mercy of inept customer support staff and have had issues that shoulda been resolved in 1, MAYBE 2 emails, take weeks/months to be handled. I've had cashouts take way beyond acceptable time frames. It's fraustrating AF, but you need to stop being such a bitch about it. I hope you get paid out, then promptly banned for threatening legal action (which is beyond silly, especially if you are playing from the US) and just generally being an ass.
We all know you don't have a lawyer, willing to put in hours of work for the slim possibility, of a % of your 4 figure roll. Stop it.
I play on the Chico network, from the US, and always recieve my payouts faster then I do from any other site, usually on average of 3-5 business days after being requesting.
**** happens. It sucks you've been getting the run around from support, but I can guarantee you making empty threats and being combative isn't helping you at all.
It's very unfortunate you need to go on an Internet forum to find a representative in order to get such a trivial problem resolved. Sites have been dropping the ball big time when it comes to customer support. Just keep your cool dude, Chico is a ligit network and afaik, none of the sites running off it have been having payout issues recently.

Seeing as you've not yet used it I recommend that you contact customer support to remove it and then request your withdrawal again. I see records of documents being requested from you twice. Once to verify your identity, once to verify your banking details for transfer.The next note was that they were waiting for feedback on the currency.

Yes, we require a letter. You can write it by hand or type it out. This is so we can have record of your request to cancel.

I decided to try it and I made a new account and a deposit on BetOnline last Friday. They offer a first deposit bonus who correspond to 25% rakeback, and reload bonuses who also correspond to 25% rakeback. When you subscibe using any serious BOL affiliate you get also extra rakeback from affiliate chico promotions like a rake race.

They don't let you withdraw until you clear the first deposit bonus , and to test the site I made a deposit without entering deposit bonus code, so I could be able to ask them for a fast withdrawal whithout have to wait to clear all the deposit bonus first.
