In 2009 when I first started playing online, someone told me they hoped my mother would die in a grease fire after having boiling oil poured on her. That upset me a quite a bit, mostly because I was new at the game then and not expecting something like that to be said, and it was pretty harsh. Fortunately, that's the worst I've ever seen said at a table, and haven't encountered more than a few players since then who say things that are that extreme.

Most of the players who make crude or inflammatory comments are just trolling, and will say anything they can think of to get you to react negatively, hoping you lose your cool as well as your focus on the game. Don't feed the trolls (talk back to them) because it just encourages them, fans the flames, and shows that you're buying into their bs. Just ignore them and like Kahn said, "**** em".

Yet again a player is sitting out when the Jackpot is won. Last time (November) two players missed out on nearly $20,000 and I think it also happened in March.

So apparently if you use one of their stupid new bonus codes they lock you from withdrawing for 30 days. I clicked one of the dumb crypto bonuses and they refuse to let me cashout until 30 days are up and this sports wagering bonus expires, i asked to have it forfeit and the guy told me i should read the terms of service better. Absolutely terrible customer service. Then when i tried to argue with the guy and explain how other sites let you forfeit any bonus he interrupted me to tell me he had answered all my questions..

He's right, you should have read through the terms. There isn't such thing as "free" in this world. You can only forfeit bonus after you lose all your money, then start a new bonus.

no you cant even do that, if you try to play through the bonus you get a massive rollover you have to clear before you can cashout. And your play at the poker tables doesnt count towards it.

This isnt something where they are giving you free money and then if you use it you have to work for it this is built specifically to try and make you make a mistake and then force you to gamble your entire roll to free your money. on ignition you can forfeit a bonus at any time.

Just deposited on bet for first time and played about 1000 hands pretty low stakes 6max NL. I see a lot of talk about bots around the site. Are they as low as .05/10 and .10/.20? Obviously very small sample size but I found these games to be softer than most US sites(exception of global).

So I guess that confirms that all of the poker customer support for these 3 sites are in a single location. I guess they used the wrong copy this time. LOL.

I was worried that my bot lists filled with TigerGaming accounts was getting overlooked because I was sending it to the site I'm on.(BetOnline) Apparently that isn't the reason the accounts aren't removed consistently.

Obviously it's better than some table camper or nit winning, but I'm still suspicious. Odds of just winning are probably ridiculous. Doing it twice in two months is just crazy.

I agree with DonWon here. ALWAYS read the Terms & Conditions whenever you take a bonus with any internet gambling site. Some of them can have pretty tough requirements to complete, especially if they have a casino or sports betting rollover requirement when you have no intention of wagering on those things.

It's suspicious for sure. The Bad Beat Jackpot didn't hit for millions of hands and then the same account hits it twice in 2 months. Nothing from the hand history looks suspicious though. I doubt anybody could provide any proof of foul play.

I don't know the true odds of that happening, but I'm sure somebody smarter than me could tell you. Perhaps the Probability or Math forums would be a good place to ask.

When I played .05/.10NL there were 6 bots in the 6max games. That was over a year and a half ago though. There is no .10/.20NL. At .10/.25NL there were a lot at times. I think there were at least 15 when they were most active in the 6max games when I played 25NL regularly. Many disappeared for a while from the Spring to the Summer. More started showing up at many of the stakes in the Fall. Quite of few of those are still active to this day.

I don't play 25NL these days, but I do know some of the bot accounts are still around just from looking at the lobby. If you regularly play any stake between 25NL-500NL I can give you a list of the active bots I'm aware of if you send me a private message.

Even with the bot accounts around you can still regularly find some good games all the way up to 200NL. At 500NL you can occasionally find some good games too. I can't speak to the higher stakes. The worst tables at 200NL and below are usually the ones with multiple bots. That's why it's good to know which accounts are botting.

Definitely, 6x Rollover is very good & easy, IMO. These bonuses are only good if you have a small bankroll. Under $100 with a chance to bink $1,500 in a freeroll is excellent, and easy to cover rollover. If you deposited $10,000 and wanted to bink $1,500 in a freeroll, that would be very dumb. Highrollers should never try and get bonuses.

I'm a little behind on my ChicagoJoey videos. I just came across a recent one where he talks about the recent Bad Beat Jackpot win. I don't agree with his non-recommendation for people to play here, but I thought his take on the site and situation was kind of funny. It stats at 15:14 in the video below.

Figured I'd mention this in light of some other shady stuff going on, but a couple nights ago a player I'd never seen before sat me at PLO100 and we played HU ~17 hands. He seemed completely clueless, had weird bet sizings and was really reckless. Anyway, he won 3.5 buyins off me, won all the hands except 1 (which was a tiny pot), and then left once a couple other people sat.

I'm not making an accusation or anything, sometimes players can run super hot over miniscule samples, but just thought it seemed super suspicious and I'll be on the lookout for new accounts popping up who seem to run like god and figured I'd notify the thread to be on the lookout (esp. people who plays HU). I've played probably 1,000+ people HU in PLO and this guy seemed the most suspicious of all of them.
