How are cashouts for Betonline?

I play in the sit n go challenges they have that are now weekly and have done so previously in the monthly ones. Apparently when the site crashed Sunday and if you did not log out before midnight then your points for the whole day were forfeited at least that is what I'm being told by live chat. And as evidence of this I was rewarded a different place than I was expected so I must have forfeited my points. What a joke I played over ten hours in order to jump some players and they don't even count the points for Sunday. That is ridiculous and cost me 200 bucks! So apparently if you are in one of these leaderboard races and the site crashes you better log off before midnight on Sunday or your points will be forfeited. Anyone else get the shaft from this?

it hasn't updated on monday for anybody the last 2 weeks atleast, really doubt it has anything to do with not logging off.

So have they been actaully awarding according to the leaderboard numbers on the website? (http://www.tigergaming.com/single-table , the BetOnline website still shows bronze numbers for all 3 tiers).

Those numbers have definitely not been including Sunday all month.

yeah, they've paid out based on the mon.-sat. action. they've told me twice that the technical team is hard at work trying to fix the issue. why they can have it update 6 days a week but not on the 7th? don't ask me

Sorry to hear that you were experiencing difficulties and that you were misinformed by a rep. Logging out (or not logging out) would have no affect on your points as structure for awarding points is based solely off your activity in SNG's. The only time your SNG play wouldn't count towards your leaderboard ranking is if they weren't eligible SNG's.

The leaderboard only updates the following day. So if your activity for Sunday will only show on Monday. That's why you can view the previous week's leaderboard and see what your ranking is.

We were experiencing problems with the leaderboard on BetOnline but, the one on TigerGaming is correct. I've checked with the technical team and they can't find any errors. If you think your points are incorrect and should be a different number, please inbox me with what it should be. I'll have it checked against what we have.

The leaderboard numbers (on TigerGaming) for each week this month have been exactly the same on Sunday morning and then again on Monday morning, meaning they are not getting the Sunday games counted. This is for all players (I recorded them). If you look now at each of the completed weeks, those are the same numbers that were shown each Sunday morning (totals for play through Saturday).

I don't have specific player numbers to give you to check, but I would suggest the tech team just pick out a couple in the middle placings to verify (occasionally, the leaders skip Sunday if they have a big lead).

Glad to hear. BOL has been ligit since new managment (apparently) took over and they've been very fair in how they deal with these issues. I wasn't trying to come off like a jerk but a lot of the time people come here with (often) reasonable gripes before they even try to get it sorted out, and don't update when they do get their issue sorted out in a favorable manner. People are quick to post about the negative but not the positive. Just annoys me. Online pokers eye is black enough as it is.

I can attest the Tiger gaming numbers did not include this Sunday I played ten hours did not receive a single point.

nah they are fast with BTC payouts, doesnt mean that at all.

I noticed today that the leaderboards for week 3 have been fixed and the board seems to show the proper points. However I have not been awarded the proper money for the place I finished in. Hopefully they will payout properly now that they have the issue corrected but I wont hold my breath.

Is there a verification process required to withdraw money off of here? Or can I just go to one of the withdrawal options, request a payout, and then just wait? If there's a process: Is it reasonable? I've only ever used 2 debit cards on this network, I only still have 1 of them and it's inactive although I do have in addition an active card from the same bank and branch. I have a driver's license, etc.
