Has anyone ever experienced the random zero time bank? Sometimes it fixes if you close out the table and open up again but sometimes it doesn't. I've had to end sessions for ridiculous reasons like the ones above. insta-folding huge made hands for me

I just played a long session without getting the reduced time to act at all. Everything was good. I'm not sure if it was fixed or if it's just affecting people randomly.


What are you talking about Joe? Can you please explain what issues you are seeing?

They have good software. They pay out quickly. The games are pretty good.

The only problem I can see is the bots. Every site has bots. There are significantly less bots in their NLHE cash games these days. I've seen many disappear over the last 6 months.

There are very few options for us players in the USA. I'd rather play on this network than at the others.

Firstly lack of security service. It's just disrespect for honest players, first of all to fishes

I can understand your frustration with that aspect. Other than Stars I think most sites deserve poor ratings when it comes to security.

I emailed BetOnline about the Time Bank issue. I got a canned response with a chart specifying the game type and the amount of time given. I am a 2/5 player and according to the chart I am supposed to get 12 seconds before the time bank is activated. In the bank I should have 40 seconds. Today at the tables I had 7 seconds before Time Bank and only 15 seconds time banked. I wont be able to play on the site until they fix this issue. If anyone else cares email them.

End goal seems to be bots v. casuals.

I wouldn't mind the changes if they actually policed the bots in PLO, but now it's tougher for anyone playing more than 2-3 tables and the bots can just continue to operate as usual playing 4-6 tables for 8-12 hours in a row every day of the week and never worry about timing out.

I think it's a glitch that is randomly affecting people at times. It's not happening to me in every session. It is happening pretty frequently though. Everyone that would like it fixed needs to record when it happens and send it to them in an email at poker@BetOnline.ag. Without a recording they refuse to escalate issues passed first level customer support.

This is getting ridiculous at the PLO tables... I was 4 tabling for a little while earlier and came to the realization how it's not exactly "easy" per say to 4 table PLO... There are different meta dynamics that go on that are hard to pick up on whilst playing 4 tables; And recalling the action street by street starts to become quite the task... Now I'm no rain man but I can definitely keep track of a lot and have 2-4 tabled PLO for the past ~3yrs and always find my A game is most consistent 2 tabling; I'm sure others can relate...

I emailed support about a week ago with a few names I suspect to be bot accounts and to potentially be linked and prior to today I hadn't seen them playing at the same table; atleast never at the same time... I have somewhat regularly seen two of them at the same table... My suspicions to them being linked has to do with the fact that their hud stats are nearly idenctical; They are the only ones that never talk; And they'll play a table out if it gets heads up or 3 handed... I just don't see this as typical reg/human behavior whatsoever... Maybe I'm wrong



There is a 4th account that has same stats same behaviors... When I first discovered this (I am not the first) I was observing 3 accounts and then I became aware of 1 more... Thus far these are the only 4 accounts I've seen like this at PLO10... I have some growing suspicions of a few above PLO10 that will develop as I implement those tables more... Who knows how deep this rabbit hole goes...

so I just got capcha'd twice today making sure I wasnt a bot. anybody else get this? I answered incorrectly first time because the numbers were not clear and it sat me out but got the next two right. hopefully they do this more to everybody and we get to see less bots now

Captcha's were first mentioned ITT some time ago, but AFAICT were only reported by a few people and not very widespread. I have never seen one before personally. I don't understand why they don't use them more.

This time bank change is nuts. There is no time to make any decisions. I'm sometimes getting less than 10 seconds.

I've played on this network for the last several years. I have seen 1 captcha, about 1-3 weeks ago. It was somewhat difficult(its timed + unclear/distorted+the surprise of normal routine being broken) but I did get it right the first time, and haven't seen it since.

As someone who doesn't really mind faster time banks, I think they went a bit too far on this one - They didn't just shave off 1 or 2 seconds it feels like the bank is activated around 8 secondds and the time bank itself is like 10 seconds. Should be 10 seconds then time bank of 20 or something like that. Some hands take a bit more time but I understand the faster the hands go the more rake they take in, sooo...

And once again I will remind :
1) ALL sit n go 100$+ you will play with colluders, always
2) Half sit n go 30-60$ you will play with colluders
3) Most heads up sit n go regulars is bots or use unlegal soft(semi-bots)

That's good to hear. I got one in the Spring, but none since. I only saw one bot account on this afternoon in the nlhe cash games. I'm guessing a few probably got caught and perhaps the others were informed to be cautious.

I agree that it would be nice to see the captcha more often. It sucks that it can happen during a hand with the shorter time to act, but if it gets rid of most of the bots then it's worth it.

It's obviously not foolproof, but it's better than doing nothing.

It is absolutely ridiculous. Some tables I'm starting with 60% of the meter. Some times I'm getting the old time to act. When I get the shorter one it doesn't go back to full when you get 3/4/5bet. You have to insta decide or risk getting folded. I won't sit at more than 2 tables right now. It needs to be fixed asap.

It was very surprising. The coolest part for me was finishing mine and watching all of the known bot accounts time out and disappear.

I loved the previous allotted time. It was quick, but enough time for most decisions if you're paying attention. I always hated the ridiculously long time to act that Bovada had. It made their tournaments unbearable at times.

Late night session was blessed with the normal time to act. I wonder why it's randomly doing that?

I noticed a couple more bot accounts on in the late night session, but still less than the usual amount.

Went to login today and it said account blocked. I called cs to inquire and cs guy tells me I have multiple accounts. Which I definitely do not! I signed up about a month ago and called to get help depositing...there was an old email and an account already existing but we changed it over to my new email and she got me set up. I have deposited and made 1 withdrawal since then without any "review" Now on withdrawl 2 theyre denying me and telling me I have multiple accounts. I told them I only have 1 account # and 1 email and 1 nickname. He refused to provide me with a diff account # or email or nickname that I am presumably using? Feels really weird to be accused of something you didnt do. They said review takes 72 hours but I need this withdrawl now. I'm calling cs back in an hour to talk to a supervisor there. Anyone have any experience with this?

I've played over 130k hands last 2 months and never been captchad once...

I wasn't on much today, but I did see most of the usual suspects back at the tables when I checked. That's unfortunate.
