I've just received an email from them claiming they have logged me playing on Australian IPs, even though I live in New Zealand. I have replied to them explaining that I have only ever played from New Zealand, what more proof do I need to provide to them and what repercussions may I face if this doesn't get resolved?
I just cant understand how this type of problem even arises, its beyond me and is obviously very frustrating seeing as it is getting the way of a cashout, and I'm assuming if those goes any further and I am unable to verify that I am only playing from New Zealand, they will just freeze my account and take all of what I have worked so hard for.
If anyone else has had this problem plz let me know how you got it resolved asap, I can't afford to lose what I have.
I have two flatmates (i don't know them, they are seperate tenants in the aparment complex I rent in) who have access to the router that I use (i then use wireless T-stick to play online) is there any way they could be using proxies or anything that would affect what I am doing poker wise?
I have only ever played from New Zealand so how the f*** can they have logged australian IPs its just beyond me and its making me tilt so hard writing this right now. Let me know guys, thanks.

I would immediately check with your roommates and locate the router. Is it connected to a modem or do you have a 2in1 gateway? Is it your ISP's equipment or self purchased? There could be 3rd party firmware loaded onto the router, such as DDWRT, tomato, etc that is not in your best interest.
BE AWARE a PROXY IS UNENCRYPTED AND YOUR WEB TRAFFIC IS OPEN FOR VIEWING TO WHOMEVER IS RUNNING THE SERVER UNLESS YOU ARE USING HTTPS:// SOPHISTICATED MEASURES.
A cyber security consultant would tell you first, that having java, flash, cookies, and the big one HTML5, Reveals your true IP with a proxy, and sometimes with a VPN configured.
It is all in a message header along with very identifying information. This is what they are seeing.
It sounds like this is a lot of money. Ask for the IP in question and tell them to analyze the headers. (Make sure you talk to security dept)
Either way, if you’re on a proxy and unaware, somebody is highly likely viewing your traffic through Wireshark and monitoring your web traffic.
