I requested a withdrawl via check on Dec 29, it was approved Jan 18, and I still have not received it yet. I made the mistake of using the 30 business day check, but it has been about 60 business days at this point. I have never waited this long before for a payment.

I recently moved in December and changed my mailing and billing information. I am kinda worried and think maybe they sent it to my old address, as this is the first payment I requested on my new address.

Is there anything you can do? I can PM you my info.

I'm not sure exactly what BetOnline's disconnection protection policy is. When I played on UltimatBet their policy was that each player was limited to 2 disconnects a day. By limiting the disconnects most players will be less likely to waste them cheating when those players are going to just lose money back when they get disconnected with no protection left.

I used to be really against disconnection protection but with all the DDOS attacks and weak software these days, I think that it is a necessary evil. Having a policy that has limits, though, would help reduce the abuse.

Regardless of how many disconnects are allowed, when someone is reported it seems like it would be pretty easy for the site to look back at the offender's history to see for sure if he was abusing the system.

I love BetOnline, but there is a huge problem with their server connections. I just got disconnected from a Sng Express. Just now. My opponent is probably scooping the victory as I type.

Yup, it's been down for over 30 minutes now. Waiting so I can re-enter the $2 tournament I was in. Thank goodness it was only $2 tournament. If it was $50 I'd be freaking out. It still is really annoying though.

On the bright side, I've been kicked from the server so many times I probably will never forget my username and password since I've had to enter it in so many times.

Oh, turns out it was an upgrade. I hope I get money, because there were only 2 of us at the table. I hope the upgrade is awesome.

Looks like I won that tournament. I had half the chip stack of my opponent. My guess is they just let the game run until the blinds got so high that we were both all-in. Lucky me I took the victory. Wish they would have warned us about the update instead of just implementing it though.

Was thinking of entering the $50,000 Guarantee, but now feel a little bit cautious about entering out of fear of the servers acting funky.

I was in 4 SNGS when it went down. When it came back up I'd been blinded out of one, and the other 3 had been paused with blinds around 500/1000. All 3 had one player with a huge stack and a bunch of micro stacks. The huge stacks were all a Bulgarian or Hungarian. So, it looks like it went down for the North Americans first, Eastern Europeans were able to steal chips for 10 or 20 minutes before the tournaments were paused, then get the wins when the site came back up and games were resumed.
