I'm 3 handed in a mtt and the break keeps increasing a minute every minute. up to 15 min now but i am still disconnected.

I still can't get on

8:52 EST and unable to get on BetOnline for me. I can log into the client but it is super laggy, shows my balance as NALL NALL and no tables.

Glad it's not just me. I'm getting the same NALL NALL thing when it does finally load

You often comment and have helped me, so out of curiosity what formats or games do you play?

Do you play mtts? because theres really not enough on bol for cash?

I play cash. I generally don't play more than 4 tables at a time. If you don't play more than that then you can almost always find enough 6max games up to 200nl. At 100nl and below you should usually be able to hit the 8 table limit at each stake, especially if you're willing to mix 6max and full ring. There has also been times where I play multiple sites at once.

I tend to only play MTTs to get rid of the VIP points. On occasion I'll play an SNG just for the hell of it, but I don't really put a whole lot of effort into tournament poker these days. I used to play a lot of SNGs at Bovada a few years back.

Perhaps you only recently checked the traffic levels, but it is still the middle of Summer which is a down time for poker traffic. Last year, before they lost Australians due to their laws, the Chico Network was just outside the Top 10 for traffic on PokerScout. Hopefully the upcoming NFL/College Football season leads to an increase in traffic.

Is 10NL the only stake on BOL that offers Boost/Zone/Zoom?

Currently Boost(Fast Fold) only runs at 10nl. It was available at the other stakes for a while, but it rarely got more than 10 entrants at the other stakes. I'm sure if there was enough demand at other stakes it could be enabled for them.

I see what you mean, I usd to play on BOL exclusively a year ago and the traffic was a LOT.

I guess I see how you could get 8 tables if you play full and 6 max both. Personally I only play 6 max and whenever I think about adding tables to my ignition I see 1-2 6 max 25-50nl tables up. Havent checked the higher stakes because Im not there yet.

Also, what is tiger, etc in the title of this thread? Are they different clients but use the same player base?

There are 3 sites on the Chico Network. BetOnline, SportsBetting, and TigerGaming. The clients are similar except for different colors and words. The players on all 3 sites play together at the tables.

They have issues that preclude affiliates from pushing them more to players. I see that as a big hurdle in their quest to grow.

Tiger Gaming is a site on the network that does not operate in America. It only handles ROW players.

I'd be interested in hearing what those issues are? I'm assuming it's at least partially due to the inability to offer players rakeback or other bonuses anymore.

If they could up their advertising in the United States to that of the level Global Poker did, it would go a long way. I guess not using the Sweepstakes loophole doesn't make that an option.

They offer better software that has less issues than the 3 bigger networks available in the United States. While the player pool is not quite as recreational as some of the other networks, I still tend to enjoy the overall experience much better here. It would be nice to see them grow a bit bigger.

For some reason the bots at PLO 100 and 200 took a break the entire day yesterday and it was glorious. But alas, they are back today. Was there any recent break in NLHE bot activity?

For the last couple of days the nlhe bots haven't been around quite as much. Some are not around at all and some are playing a shorter session. It's probably due to that recent update. Some updates seem to affect the bots and others don't. A significant change in the client usually shuts them down for a couple of days. I didn't notice any changes in the client though.

so after tigergaming denied my withdrawal because of a same ip address with another reg (which is immpossible), they now are just cancelling every withdrawal request i make with a new bull**** reason or without giving any reason at all. support keeps telling me i can withdraw without any problem but then it is cancelled every time.

a friend tried to withdraw and they cancelled it because he logged in from a different country some months ago. now they are not answering him at all for some days.

Just putting this out there in the ether that most of the changes that have come this year are great (better mtts, better payouts, etc.). But for the 40,50 and 100k they have yet to update the payout structure from before. Sometimes these don't reach the GTD and that may be why but today the 50k has 61k in the prize pool and 329 entrants but is only paying 9% of the field (to 30). This should be fixed.

Made 3 cashouts using bitcoin, had no problem. Now requested one more, they cancelled it, w/o giving any reasons. On betonline that is.

Feels weird, support couldnt really tell me much about it, except to wait 72hours and then request it once again , because i was under security review or some bull**** like.

I can understand your frustration. At the same I'm happy to hear they review the play of accounts that are frequently cashing out to make sure everything is legit. If you've done nothing wrong then I really wouldn't worry. Please keep us updated though.

I would encourage everyone to email their management team and show appreciation for their decision to control the bot ring. I already let them know it will create happier customer base and a lot of money that was taken off months ago like myself are coming back and testing the waters again. And I like what I see.

Do we know if they've taken any steps towards controlling bots? AFAICT, the only reduction in bot activity in PLO was for a day after a software update. Otherwise it's been business as usual.

yeah i guess, wouldnt mind sending my papers or whatever, but after hearing all these accounts being wrongly closed for chip dumping, im kinda nervous. Hopefully i get at least my money back if anything happens

The games are definitely better. Playing 50nl with 3 bots at every table was ridiculous. There are still a handful of bots, but it's easy to tell the difference from when the games were overrun with them.

I can't speak to the PLO bots or any other game type besides those playing 25-200nl. Based on your comment I assume they haven't done as good of a job with PLO as they did with NLHE at my stakes. They certainly got rid of the majority of the bot accounts I've emailed them.

I've known over 100 bots during my time on the network. I knew of 50 active bot accounts at one point. I now know of only 14 that are active. I plan on emailing them this list soon.

Do you regularly email them a list of the PLO bots you're certain of?

I can definitely understand your concern. If you haven't broke any rules then I imagine it's likely just a routine check for accounts frequently cashing out. Please let us know what they say when you hear from them.

how come the zoom tables have zero players? down for maintenance?
