The fact that players winning money are able to withdraw without any verification is unacceptable when there's so much potential for cheating. Why wouldn't a banned player just return with a new IP address and use a different name, email and other signup info?

I believe sites should require verification prior to play, but I understand wanting to limit the time it takes to let people play after signing up. It wouldn't matter as much if the sites refunded players for cheating when the cheater went to cash out, but we know in the event a seizure that many sites keep these funds for themselves without redistributing them to the affected.

The preventative security measures in place at many of these sites is just so poor. It's not just this network, but the majority of the industry lacks the security measures necessary to maintain the integrity of the games.

most sites ask you to verify ur account once you cashout. Chico is actually one of the first major network i see not caring about it

I had heard they weren't requiring verification when depositing/withdrawing via crypto on the WPN sites right before they lost their dedicated Two Plus Two forum. I had no idea this network was also being as careless.

Tigergaming cannot be reached from Turkey since May. Since then Im trying to withdraw my money, sent dozens of emails, but they dont seem to care.

I talked to support many times and they said if you used crypto there is NO need for verification. Unfortunatly, i hadnt saved chat transcription but you can easily ask in Live Chat about that and they tell you same.

They ask me for ID, Selfie with ID, Utility Bill with same address as i used to register and photos of all used credit cards attempted on their system even though i never made successful deposit with credit cards, due probably forbiden gambling operations from my bank. This is very strange request IMO. Why would i need to sent photos of Credit Cards that were not successful in deposit ?

However, i have made all photos they asked for. I provided them on July 27-28. Proofs is below. Since then, after 3 days and more there were no answer from TigerGaming!!! They simply doesnt want to pay winnings !!!! My account is blocked, I cannot login, cannot play, cannot withdraw ! And that is cuz i tried to get my profits ! Deposit, playing was with no block for sure. Wanna bring money to TigerGaming sure - you are good to go ! Only bad thing about me is when i was registering account i made a mistake on entering date of birth, i told support about that. I've sent correct date of birth that is on my ID. Rest data - full name, address, cards are 100% correct.

You don't need identification verification with crypto because there is no possibility to reverse the payment. I think it is fine if a site wants to allow bitcoin deposits and cashouts without ID and it is convenient for the players, especially because a lot of sites scam by not accepting ID photos.

I heard of complex anti-fraud systems that can easily find users even if they reinstall OS, change little hardware. Changing only IP address is like 2000 year.

LOL at an unregulated grey market poker site using complex anti-fraud systems. They can't even identify all of the bots at the tables by themselves.

Why use complex anti-fraud systems when simple identification verification is sufficient? If they suspected anything suspicious they could send a pop-up on the table requiring you to take a selfie with your ID and the pop-up on the computer in the background. This would solve the majority of issues with returning cheaters using fake IDs.

Just spoke to the Live Chat lady, who specified we will be granted our refunds in all the tournaments we were in. As soon as, Poker is up and running. It's happened to me a few times and they are really great getting our refunds back in our accounts, without any worries.

It's back up for me. Very few tables running as expected.
