Yes. There are rollover requirements to withdraw. If you got any bonuses you will likely need to complete the requirements for them before withdrawing as well.

The desktop client is a bit of a resource hog and increasingly so as you open more tables. Keep Task Manager open while playing and see what it shows as you begin to experience issues. I had to kill a few unnecessary programs that are running in the background.

Thought I'd let everyone know that I put in a $500 BTC W/D and it was sent 24 hours later.

Good news.

can anyone tell me how much rakeback you get on Tigergaming? It's really hard to google anything containing the word rakeback, geez!

from the information I was able to gather, they give you maximum 5% rakeback in the form of VIP points (100$ for 200.000 points) - can someone confirm this? Seems awfully low.

I don't know if this winds up helping at all but it hasn't been repeated in ages so I'll write it again:

If you're having trouble with your client crashing, do the following things:

-Update Internet explorer. I know, please just do it.
-Go and manually disable internet explorer now.
-Update Java and then download Shockwave. Update it.
-Uninstall/Reinstall the BetOnline client.
-Try it now. Things should be either 100% better or drastically improved.

Just to add to this: There is only one other thing you can try if that doesn't do it totally and that's to reenable IE, turn off ALL of it's security settings, and then disable it again. Believe me, I know this makes no sense but trust me and give it a try since it costs nothing.

I don't think its a hardware issue. I played on BOL on a low tech computer for a couple years and never had problems. I have a good gaming computer as of 2 months ago and running 8 tables with a hud takes up less than 20% cpu and I still get regular crashes. Kinda sucks cause I took a break from playing on BOL and was looking forward to playing on there again but it is pretty much unplayable for tournaments atm for me.

Also does anyone else have issues with your settings restoring to default after you exit the client? My deck/table theme, audio, and table size always reset to default if I ever close the BOL poker client which is kinda annoying. Support doesn't have a working solution for my issues as well :|

The only thing I can suggest is to try always opening the client as "run as administrator".

About all the people crashing, are you using 3rd party software? Also, have you tried changing the video mode from opengl to d3d8?

Most likely, none of that will change anything. Please try the steps I listed above. When I first signed up for these sites years ago I spent hours one day troubleshooting this, came up with that solution, then saw that another user (either here or on the old DC) had discovered the same fix. It's worked for tons of people since.

This fixed both of my issues with the poker client

So here's another question for the MTT Grinders..

Why the hell are some tournaments 2 hour late reg and some not? Seems they've fixed most, but not all. 2 hours is insane with 1500 starting stack..

Yeah, see? Perhaps someone who knows more about this stuff can work back from this fix and see what's causing the issue in the first place. At least for now, there's a recent mention in this thread of how to resolve it.

Just wanted to share my story here to warn you fellow gamblers.

I joined betonline recently and while checking out their promotions I found a video poker match bonus they advertise for 100% up to $1000 with 100x rollover. Most of their games' paytables suck, but a I finally found a good one around 99%, so I decided to deal with the variance and go for it. I checked their terms thoroughly and had no reason to believe certain video poker games would be restricted, but lo and behold, after they get your money that's when you find out there's a dropdown box under the bonus tab showing the few allowed games, all with horrible paytables.

I tried to reason with them and explain how this is a classic bait and switch tactic and how unethical it is of them but they're insisting I play through my deposit to cash out. They refuse to change their terms. They just do not care.

Dunno how they have an A rating on SBR when this is my very first experience with them.

Here's a free tip for reducing the recent client crashes:

I play just about every day and have experienced the crashes that everyone is complaining about. I've discovered that everytime the client has crashed(its crashed multiple times every day for me) it has been something that I do that causes it and nothing else.

The only reason BOL has ever crashed for me it has been when I close out a table I'm sitting at and quickly sit at another table while the original table is still in the process of closing - or - when I close out a table and quickly click an action button(i.e. check, bet, fold) on another table I'm already sitting at.

I only had one crash today and it was because I forgot to wait a couple seconds after closing a table before I sat at another or acted at another table I was already sitting at.

Give it a shot - hope this helps.

Again: This is not a solution, and it will only help you out temporarily. If you're disconnecting at all from joining/leaving tables, you'll continue to disconnect from them and more than likely eventually start disconnecting even when you're just playing.

There is some kind of conflict between Windows security features through Internet Explorer or something else that is interfering with the BOL client. For the record - I sent that fix and my findings to BOL over 3 years ago and they didn't show even the slightest bit of interest in it and insisted that they don't have any issues on their end.

I had already been doing this for the most part. I would just wait for action to slow down b4 doing it. I've noticed a lot less crashes specifically when closing tables. Thanks for the advice.

I appreciate the advice, but unfortunately I'm still having connection drops even after following all of these steps.

The issues seemed to start right around the time they limited cash tables to 4. I wonder if that restriction patch has anything to do with the connection problems. I don't understand how it would, but that's when the problems started for me.

I noticed a few of the old bots were back today. I've seen about 5 so far. Hopefully not many more return.

are these just BOL-specific problems or is this crashing issue plaguing Sportsbetting too?

I noticed they're starting to turn all their KO's into progressive KO's.

The $4.80 last night was progressive. First time ever.

I said it should reduce the number of client crashes, so of course its not a complete solution. And I have never disconnected while just playing, only when I open and close tables rapidly. I had zero crashes today using my advice, which is a first since the 4 table max update.
