Requested Crypto Payout 11AM. Still Pending.

It's been a while since I've requested payout on this site. It was smooth and quick in the past. Hopefully still is.

I cashed out less than a month ago and got my check in the mail in less than 2 weeks... I haven't had any trouble logging in for over a day. I havent had to do an update since three days ago..

Seems that 2NL and 5NL were removed. Was this intentional?

Don't really feel like playing higher without a working HUD for the time being...

I think so. Lots of levels have been removed.

Reinstallation of TigerPoker doesnt work...Does any1 have the same problem? Can't load the client for the past 4 days

I have been unable to log-in to Bet-on-Line, or SportsBetting, both Chico skins. It very quickly says updating and then just "crashes" completely shuts down and off- last attempt 4-26-18 7;30 EST

Yeah everytime I start the client it updates followed by a crash

I can't get on BetOnline, either. It downloads what it refers to as a "critical update" but then the program never runs. When I try to run it again, it downloads again and then nothing. Really, really getting tired of this site being down as often as it is.

11:25am EST - Still down. Downloads the update and then that's it. Client never opens up and runs.

Reinstall the software

Can't even do that. When the installer tries to update, it crashes citing that the server is taking too long to respond.

edit: Weird. Now I go back to open up the original version I couldn't reinstall over and it opened. And yes, it looks like cash games start at 10NL now. No 2, 4, or 5NL anymore. This should be interesting.

Everything has been fine for me for two days now.. I haven't had to update since Monday.

If your client can't load, you can play HUDLESS on their browser based client!

Not sure why you keep posting to tell us you're having no problems when you see that other people clearly are.

To keep people informed that it's not everyone that is going through this (which it usually is).

The jumps in PLO are pretty massive. 1/2 to 2/5 to 5/10. They eliminated 4 levels between 1/2 and 5/10. I think it’s a good idea to consolidate traffic, but maybe not quite so drastic.

All 9-max tables for PLO are gone, which I like. There isn’t enough PLO traffic to sustain 6 and 9-max so at least they’re trying to build a solid base for 6-max.

Hopefully the software changes will deter bots. It seems like they’re at least trying to be proactive in improving the experience on the site.

Kept getting stuck after downloading the update so I had to uninstall, then reinstall. The good news is that the bots are gone for the moment. Bad news is that traffic is obviously still down.

I think consolidation of some game types/stakes is a good idea, but I'm confused about the removal of the lowest stakes. That seems odd to me. I don't currently play them, but when I did I would have definitely preferred to start at .01/.02 and not at .05/.10. I think the mid-high stakes jumps are a little extreme too. They probably do need to add at least one extra stake between 2/5 and 5/10.

I'm not thrilled about the removal of 4max games. Other than that I don't have much to gripe about.

Just talked to support and levels were removed at “managements soul discression”. Also I was able to log on by going to the website and reinstalling the client from there. Traffic was down around 600 this morning and 1100 this afternoon

Thanks guys , I had a problem trying to download the client software, so I could not re-install but luckily I still had the original client install saved from 2 years ago or whenever I installed on this machine.

It worked for both Chico sites I play BOL and Sportsbet .ag Im up and running. They removed my Cash Stakes! My goal was to move up to 5c /10c- I guess they just made me go a little faster

As a mostly 10NL player, I guess this is going to be good for the games I play in the short term.

But I don't know if it's really a good thing for traffic long term, I imagine not...

If I've had a drink or it's late and I'm tired, I prefer to fire up a couple 5NL tables though, so I guess I'll be moving my intoxicated/late night/donkey spew play elsewhere.

Hope cutting the low micros doesn't affect traffic too much in the long run.

I guess I can see why they got rid of the 9-max games, but not really sure why they got rid of 1.5/3, 2/4, 3/6, 4/8. Seems like players will go bust quicker, reducing amount of rake BOL can produce.

I guess might lessen the amount of inactive tables and funnel more traffic into active 1/2 2/5 5/10. I wouldnt be surprised to see 10/20 possibly be removed in the future. I still see 9 max tables though, anyway please hurry up and fix this chico, pretty bad for the whole desktop client to be down this long.
