I was able to just log in for a minute, 112 players on. 16 players in the $40k $215 and all were sitting out. Didn’t have time to open the 2nd table before being kicked out again.

Still can't get on. If this is going to happen, they need to make sure it doesn't happen on a Sunday.I don't care about tournaments, but most people do. And it is sure to drive some of the traffic away.

I am worried about this too. The last time this happened traffic drastically slowed the following weeks. How can they expect to draw people to the 50k and 40k now?

The 40k has not met the GTD one time since it has ran and Im sure this isnt a big deal as the others always smash the GTDs. However, the 50k used to draw upwards of 400 entrants consistently and sometimes much more. Now it is consistently in the 200s.

This isn't a problem for the players per say initially, because it is a better ROI, but it could turn out that traffic slows to pace where many mtts dont run.

Can't get on either here @ 12:12am on Monday morning EST. I also see that the servers have been down for quite some time now on a Sunday night. Of course this is affecting traffic. The thing is that there isn't a lot of places for it to go other than Ignition so I'm sure many folks will circle back here later this week.

I just tried to get on and couldn't. Glad I didn't have plans to play earlier today. Seems like it was a complete ****show by all accounts in here. I wonder what's going on now? I hope this doesn't take as long to fix as the previous situation. They're clearly not ready to attempt another tournament series yet.

I got back on last night at 11:30 (central) and was fine all night and early today until 5 min ago. Still disconnected.

I'm in the Central Time Zone as well. I didn't try to get on again last night, but did try twice this morning without any luck.

Main website just says "verifying web browser" when I try to access it, but never moves. I've never seen that before. Mobile seems ok.

They haven't addressed the issue on Twitter this time either. Hopefully they're working on it.

Good idea. Connection issues never happen on Ignition.

I was just able to log in. There were exactly zero players at all the tables I could see. And then I disconnected and the client crashed

No, it does have it's issues but in fairness to Ignition: The month of April has been a huge improvement for their overall stability. What's going on here with Chico is just ridiculous now. It's been like this on and off for years and lately the place is down almost as much as it's up.

You probably have a better perspective on Ignition lately than I do. I haven't played there on a regular basis in over a year and when I do the software usually produces some annoying bug. I did see several report issues in that thread recently. I guess it didn't last very long.

Over the last 2 years at BetOnline I can only recall 3 times where there was major widespread connection issues. Yesterday, 3 weeks ago and the end of last summer. Of course it's frustrating when this stuff happens, but when it's up and running it's much better than the Ignition/Bovada software.

Overall I still have had less downtime on this network than I've had over there by a lot. Obviously the amount of downtime here recently is a bit concerning and will have a negative effect on traffic even when they are back up and running. They just don't have the luxury of the recreational poker player loyalty that Bovada/Ignition does.

I wouldn't advise any serious US player to avoid BetOnline even with the recent issues. We simply cannot afford to lose the traffic/games and the fact is that when it's up and running - this is a solid site. I was just defending Ignition because although they've been as bad as could be at times, their connection stability and customer service has definitely been looking up over the last 3-4 weeks.
