i was having the same issue. was losing my mind because of it. spoke with betonline, and they told me to right click the icon, and choose "run as admin" i did this and it has worked ever since. hope this helps

Disconnected during tournament, if i end up not being able to play will I get my buyin + addon added back to my account?

90% of everyone disconnected at my mtts while me and others were able to stay in. 20 min later everyone seemed to get back in and now i am disconnected.

It would be cheaper for you to use Ether or Litecoin for deposits and withdrawals on Chico at this point in time. Though it is worth noting that Bitcoin transaction fees have come down significantly in the last month, they are still higher than ETH and LTC transactions <-- These cryptos are also faster to confirm.

I tend to agree. I think there are probably some people in this thread who could greatly contribute to the cause of tamping down any existing bots in the games. I will make a point to bring this up with Chico next week as I have an in person meeting with them.

We are here complaining every week about the same bots, who's been playing on the site for years, but even other sites cant deal with this. It was so obvious in 2016 and 2017, but even then they didnt give a ***. So i dont have any hopes for non-pokerstars rooms to conquer this issue anytime. sad

This is a "new" bot-ring that's been around for ~1 year. The old bot-ring got so many complaints that BOL banned the vast majority of them, but they just showed up a week or 2 later with all new screennames and have even expanded operations (at least in PLO). So BOL does have the capability of banning them, but they've just chosen not to with the new wave.

Yes, the 2016-old bots are all gone for sure, the latest arrival of new accounts was at october~2017
but it just feels like an update of bot-ring, not really a new one
Right now at february there are couple of account of bots from nl100 which have been switched to new ones, but still the same bot-ring, probably just changing skins for first deposit bonus

Why is anyone still playing? The site was infested with bots years ago 200-1k. From these last posts nothing has changed. This was the one site where I legit thought there was a super user. BOL is in on the scam. Did you really think a shady site would let sports book degens lose their money to poker nits?

Lack of options. I tried Asian apps for a while and found them suspicious so I returned here having decent results + good volume on this site.

BOL imo is still a better option than Ignition/WPN, it combines the fishiness of the former with the hands/hr and volume of the latter.
It's slim pickings in the poker economy these days.
