Agreed software is horrible.

But when you are a US facing site with fish and you pay fast... I mean if they built a time bank, didn't auto fold when you time out, and it didn't crash so often it wouldn't be THAT bad.

The rep was trying to give you a link to show you roll over requirements when you take a "free play" option on their site, since you wouldn't validate with him.

While the questions asked seemed dodgy to you, it is what they do to validate you are who you are, he was not providing terrible customer service at all.

I've only had 1 issue with this site, and it was on the poker side. The site went down for awhile, while I was in some sng. After validating, I was provided with a full refund of all my sng entries at that time. Terrible customer service indeed.

Yeah I used to play here a lot before NJ got legal online poker. I popped in randomly one night and found out I had like 27$ left on there. Over the last 6 months I've cashed out 2k a few times and it's been really fast.

The site is soooo much softer than the reg infested NJ sites. But the software just makes it hard to grind regularly.

Has someone found any good use of POP points? I know there was some discussion earlier, but it doesn't look like there was anything productive. I have a lot and figure they are pretty much useless.

Just completed my first withdrawal from BetOnline using bitcoin. Used the $50 'once a month on Friday' discount. I put the request in late morning for $2,500+ and received bitcoins in my wallet by 1:30pm.

I was nervous about cashing out part of my winnings due to all the outdated horror stories. Needless to say...no issues here. Every issue I've ever had with the site since I joined in late 2015 has been handled professionally through their live help. Aside from the site having certain days where it crashes continuously I'm pleased.

Google "A Comprehensive Guide to Bitcoin Setup for Online Gambling"

Shows you how to setup a blockchain.info account and coinbase account. Very straight forward. Just make sure you don't type in the wrong wallet address when transferring money. Coinbase charges 1% to transfer bitcoin to real currency. You can also use localbitcoins to buy and sell directly with other people.

Getting paid in a few hours from an online gambling site is pretty awesome. I'm a fan.

nah, those horror stories are from years ago, this is now. the sites traffic has grown significantely and they pay faster than any other site bitcoin withdraw is definitely the way to go if it works with reasonable fees and fast completion

the only drawback i see tbh is their ****ty software and ugly cards with regards to poker. what they need to do is do a full overhaul on it, get like 3 sets of trippy card faces to choose from, card backgrounds, and table backgrounds, and i bet the site will go from 4k to 8k in a month

Steps SNGs > Promo bucks > MTT buyins

1 POP point is worth half a cent in the SNGs, and the Promo bucks are only good for your first tourney buyin (not rebuys), so yeah pretty useless. They're basically a way to get you to spend more on MTTs. AFAICT this is the only way to get anything out of them though.
