The connection status rating on the client has never been indicative of how well the client is actually running for me. I rarely have issues, but it often gives me a poor rating.

Yeah I was just saying the rating went down for me so it does show some kind of network issue. I have only dropped under 100% for the first time recently after a couple years.

I don't believe so. I've had the client open all day today. Traffic has been good too. I don't believe the lobby traffic numbers have been under 2000 since before noon.

I hear you about the issues lately with almost all of the sites US players can play on. I try to play on a regular basis wherever I can, but this is definitely the most consistently stable site for me.

I don't check it that often, but I can't remember the last time I've seen it at 100%. It consistently says poor. I'd expect to experience issues, but I stopped checking it because I hardly ever do have issues.

Network status haven't been at 100 for me either.. Almost always it's below 100 but it could be from my end.(I'm in Iran so internet is no good here)
But before the lates update I had bo problem playing..
After update I get lags.. And it's not just me.. I see other pple go offline at the same time..
So I guess there is something wrong here...

No lags for me, but I'm at 3 out of 6 times I've tried to get in that I've needed to retry 10x. 50% success rate of getting in on 1st try is not good. Very annoying new bug. Thankfully when I get in everything is running smoothly.

I'm not 100% sure but I think the major issue occurs when there's a software update of some kind. It seems like their content deliver provider is less stable than their poker servers.

Every time i play i get kicked off and the client stop working and it happens 2-3 times every session.

Also did anyone tried to contact support@tigergaming.com or poker@tigergaming.com? I did not receive auto response saying they will get back in 24hr, just silence so i guess my email not reaching them, and i tried from two different email providers, whats the problem can it be?

Is there some way that I'm missing to put the hero in the bottom-center seat? Is visual position actually tied to which seat you click on to "sit here"?

@Arvedin I don't believe there is any preferred seating option. It's annoying, but right clicking Sit Here on every table is necessary if you want to see yourself at bottom-center at every table.

I'm not sure what you mean by visual position. Everyone else would still see you at your original seat unless they did a Sit Here change as well.

If you're wondering if a hud will detect this then it depends on the hud. Most huds will either detect the seat change or have an option to rotate the position of the huds.

Getting the following message today:

Unable to unpack updates
Cannot create file: gameclient.exe
System error code: 5
System error description:
Access is denied.

Had no issues logging in yesterday. Betonline installed an update when I opened it today and have been seeing the message since. Tried reinstalling as well.

Anyone else seeing this or have a solution?

Visual position... you mean your position on the screen? Yes - if you want to be in the 6 o clock position, right click the bottom center seat and choose "sit here"

It will reorient the table around that spot so you're at the bottom.

Try right-click, running as administrator. It's helped some people with disconnection issues.

BOL's software people suck really bad.

That’s the fricking truth! Once again after not logging on for a couple of weeks the crap software refuses to load and even after deleting it all and trying to reload the software a screen comes on saying their server is taking to long to act. I’ve turned off the firewall, am using run as administrator, and have cleared cookies every time and I get NO HELP from these bastards except an auto response. This software blows goats and their support is USELESS, GO PLAY Global or some other site!

Just took me 11 tries to get logged in. I'm on different wifi so that may be part of the problem, but who knows.

Just keep pressing retry for ten minutes and eventually it will work lol

Exactly. I've never not been able to get in unless they're doing maintenance. Just keep pressing retry until it lets you in. I hope they fix this soon.

Network error 12002, the connection has timed out. Therefore I just leave it open for several days at a time. It sucks!
