Been down ~20 hours straight for me.

I have to apologize, I feel partly to blame. I'd done jack squat all Summer, finally decided to devote myself to a 60+ hour week of grinding, and of course this happens.

It might be a software issue. During the lockout over the weekend, I uninstalled the software and reinstalled it from the button at the top where it says BetOnline client download. It downloads and then when I try to start it, it gives me an error message. So I go to the poker page and click on the download for PC button, and it won't download at all, says the site is not responding.

I have had this issue before with the client at the top of the main page, and the way I solved it was to go to the poker page and download the download for pc version. Now it doesn't work at all. So I can't even download the software now. I'd be interested in hearing if anyone else has this problem.

Just listen to this:

Calvin: The poker client is down at the moment.

Scott: how do I transfer funds from the betonline.ag, I am logged in now

Calvin: Go to the cashier on the poker client.

Calvin: Then look for the option transfer to sports book.

Scott: the poker client is down as we both just said

Scott: So how do I do it from Betonline.ag web page?

Calvin: As i mention before, we are having system issues with our poker service.

Calvin: You can not do in from the sports side.

Scott: unreal, but I can deposit

Scott: what about from the mobile poker app?

Calvin: You can only transfer back and forward from the poker.

Scott: is the online poker mobile app down too?

Calvin: Poker server is down.

Scott: so there is no way for me to transfer money from poker to sports, how am I supposed to bet my games then?

Calvin: I will be right with you...

Scott: ok

Calvin: I'm sorry for the delay. I'll be right with you...

Scott: ok, I'm patiently waiting

He instantly changed his tune when I said I wanted to transfer poker to sports to bet games, but still
Its been 10 minutes

I've been signed in since 4am central time. Traffic does seem a little down, but it's also a Monday. I wonder what the difference is that some can get in and others can't right now?

A couple months ago, the last version I downloaded, started taking up 45% of my CPU system, so maybe it is a software issue?

What makes you believe this rather than them being attacked by a person or group that found a flaw in BOL's system and are looking to make some money?

I don't believe it's the current issue, but running several tables on the site does run up a significant amount of my CPU resources as well lately.

The poker site is definitely down. They also are not allowing software downloads from the actual website. Also, their Chat Support is lying to players and saying the poker software is running smoothly. They asked me to uninstall, clear cookies, then reinstall. This did not work. Also tried the mobile poker website which is down.

I lost connection last night in the middle of some tournaments, was able to get back on and finish but the majority of the players were sitting out. As for today, I haven't been able to log-in at all. Network error.

I suppose it's a good thing that none of us can log-in as opposed to a select few. Hopefully the problem will be fixed shortly and for good this time.

There are a select few. I'm on BetOnline, but I would guess the majority of the rest that are logged in right now are from Tiger.

At this point, anybody who decides to play in tournaments the next few days has no one to blame but themselves.
