Yes I do believe they are more trustworthy these days based on lack of complaints to serious issues compared to years back.

Just received BTC withdrawal 2 days without issue for $700

I just joined the site today and made a small bitcoin deposit, less than $100, and it seems I cannot enter any game that is in late registration. Is this a bug or something the site controls? The button to register disappears after the tourney starts. I have logged off and back on, rebooted, etc....

Well I changed my passwords on all my sites, unchecked auto logins, and bought an encrypted password manager.

Yeah, whenever you can sen would be great. I've had 2 developers on this all day + myself and I think there's something random happening w/ BOL. Because it seems to only happen when there's a lot of tables open and the hand re-player seems to be the best trigger. It happens w/ the BOL card catcher running or w/o. There's no exceptions related to card catcher processes that we can see.

We're going to look at some BOL logs, but I think it's on their end which sucks.

It's absolutely critical that you keep flashplayer and shockwave installed and up to date. Of course, you should already be doing this with Java.

Hi guys.

I started to play on Tigergaming a couple of days ago.

After 50/60 HU SNG that I played I already saw at least 8/10 quads by me or my opponent. Besides that I ran into a huge amount of cooler and strong hands which seems a bit strange after so few games. Of course it can happen and it can just be variance.

I also noticed a bunch of players with veeeery similar Sharkscope graphs that seemed to play in a "Bot" way.

I'm not saying that is rigged or anything like that! In fact I found the customer care fast and polite and the software very enjoyable, i just wanted to have some opinions by somebody who played on Chico longer than me and knows it better.

What do you think about it?

Furthemore, I read about hands converters that would allow me to use PT4 and maybe the HUD on Chico, any advice?

Alright, well ...it probably is on your end then. The fact is that the overwhelming majority of players aren't experiencing that issue. Sure, people have connection issues but I never have personally. The network runs well, though. It's not as sleek and fast as WPN, but if everything is up to date and you're still experiencing crashes there is only one other thing to check: Security settings in Internet Explorer. Since you probably don't use it anyway, go into it and turn off all pop up blockers and set all security settings to the minimum. That's really the last thing that could be causing a conflict here. Past this point, you're experiencing some other kind of technical issue, but not one that's on BOL's end.

Have received 2 separate BTC withdrawals in last 2 weeks all being within 24 hours.

1. Just variance. I've played over 100,000 hands at the site and haven't noticed anything fishy with the RNG.

2. There's a TON of botting going on. Reporting the offenders to the site hasn't resulted in any account suspensions.

3. Yes, you can use PT4 with a card catcher. Check the forum section.

It's a shame for the bots but unless poker rooms decide to do something about it we can't do much.

I tried the Ace Poker Solution Card Catcher and it works fine but it seems that I can't import older hands/tournaments that I already played and was stored on my PC. I contacted them and waiting for an answer.
