The Hand Replayer has an issue. I believe its internal clock is not set to the BOL clients clock. Everyday at 8pm EST. when you hit the hand replayer from a cash game table, it brings up the next calander day, which means you have to click on the calander on todays date to see the hand that just happened = Extra clicks for no reason.

Also, I would like to recommend a filter in the client tab to separate full ring/6-max, and to filter specific stakes. It is cumbersome with the wide inclusiveness of the current tabs (low, medium, high) just has too much to eye thru if you only play one specific type of cash game.

Lastly, can we get some card backs in yellow???

I think this guy that has connections on reddit with them (ProfRB) has told me before they cant fix client stuff since they just purchase the client from a 3rd party person and they only fix stuff that needed($$$)

I had an update restart, on windows 10 and BOL connects fine now

I'm in Cali. Hopped on a VPN and it worked again. Seems to be regional.

I sat at a BetOnline poker table today where we feel like we were ripped off on a bad beat. The community cards were: Jc Qc Ac Tc As - the losing hand had the 8c9c which gave them the low Straight Flush 8-Q. The winning hand, of course, had the KcAh - which gave him a Royal Flush. Under the "Terms & Conditions" posted on the BetOnline website, the losing hand must use both hole cards (which he did). The Bad Beat qualifier was a losing hand of 4 Jacks (or a better hand) - which was also met. But no Bad Beat from BetOnline. The "Terms & Conditions" do "not" specify that the "winning" hand must use both hole cards. In the absence of this, we feel the table should be awarded a Bad Beat. The hand history was #111825792 on 03/14/17.

its pretty much universally accepted that a bad beat only qualifies if both hole cards r used for both winning & losing hand. not specifying that for the winning hand is most likely a typo or covered somewhere else

Doesn't anyone else have the hand replayer calendar issue in the evening? How do you deal with it? so many extra ***** clicks

I withdrew about 2 months ago, the funds were in my wallet the next day. Unfortunately it took about three days to transfer from blockchain to an exchange. Then another two days to hit my bank account. All in all, not bad (aside from the fees due to my choice of exchange).
