Unable to log in. Message pops up saying temporary suspension when i attempted to access client.
Chat support was inconsistent with what the issue was. I talked to two people. First said it was location based, which makes sense as I am traveling atm and also occasionally using a VPN depending on where I am staying.
I was transferred and the 2nd chat support said she couldn't detect any suspension on my account. When I gave the "error code" accompanying the message, she determined that it was standard review and gave the prognosis of 24-48 hours.
Today I am able to log in again ahead of schedule. I assume the review is concluded, although the 2nd chat rep told me they would email me if they needed any info and also to let me know review is concluded.
Also: My last withdrawal, about 1 week ago, was cancelled and I received an email from financial services asking me about the multiple locations. I sent them an email back explaining and they processed another withdrawal in under 24hrs(btc).
TLDR: BetOnline is monitoring location logins and will freeze your account or cancel payouts if there is unusual activity, but is fairly responsive and quick to restore once you explain account activity and let them know that everything is ok. I think this is actually a good thing.
