Have you seen less seat scripting lately? I haven't put in a lot of volume over the last week to be able to notice a difference. I definitely haven't seen any other regs mention they've been banned or even received a warning for that particular software.


Either BetOnline or SportsBetting would be fine.
You have been able to use that software thus far.
I haven't used SnT so I can't give an honest comparison.


Yeah it's definitely a slippery slope either way. We don't want people just randomly accusing accounts of botting without evidence and at the same time we don't want to allow the bot makers/users to know they should adjust what they're doing to avoid detection. I'm honestly not sure if they even can and would adjust to avoid detection. What they're doing is pretty blatant.

I'm not sure what's best, but I don't think just throwing out names you suspect is the right answer. If you're going to do it, it's probably best to provide some evidence.

It wouldn't be the first time a site's T&C was outdated or a customer service agent got something wrong. If you could test it out and report back when you have a chance that would be helpful.

I don't use any bots or anything only APS Card Catcher with HM2. Anyone else recieve something like this?

I also recieved this. i only use PT4. and i have not played a hand on BOL in months, i just opened the client yesterday to check out the mtt schedule.

I’m pretty sure a player sitting on 4-6 tables and acting almost instantly and never using a timebank and making .28 cent bets into a .29 pot, something that live players CANNOT do identifies them as BOT material.....

When I contacted the people at Omaha Indicator about the BOL letters he responded.-

I hope he’s right. Anyway as I’m just trying to learn PLO I’m definitely NOT a winning player so if I’m allegedly using something to cheat I’m really bad at it.

Yeah my friend who plays MTT got that too and I am pretty sure he only runs PT4 and maybe Starshelper and got the exact same email. It's pretty scary that they both are shooting so much in the dark but also providing zero explanation for what the wrongdoing is. I run the exact same programs (and many more) and haven't gotten it yet but one has to imagine it's only a matter of time until the same thing is triggered. At that point one just has to keep as little money as possible on the site and hope for the best. It's great that they want to combat people using unfair software but that does not seem to be happening here. It would be really helpful if they would try and explain exactly what program it is that people are supposedly running illegally, because as is the common denominator seems to be innocent people just running PT4.

Damn, and I cant even get a text back lol. I see a bunch of regs that i know use HUDs and even a few players that might be bots still on so......

I had the trial version of PT4 on my computer and that seems to be the common denominator so since I didn’t buy it it went in the muck, we’ll see if that makes those jokers happy....

I use HM2 and BOL Card Catcher, someone else said they only used Omaha Indicator and also got the email.

It’s hard to say, but since I wasn’t using it there was no need to keep it.
IE to what I posted above this is what I replied-

Dear Mike,

I gave you the player names of 3 bots playing in the micro PLO stakes, yet hey are still sitting playing.
Will you reimburse me the money I’ve lost to these bots since you seem to allow them to keep playing while you go out on witch hunts threatening legitimate players?


What’s sad is that they said that “they detected” that I was using prohibited software which HAS to be an outright lie, they didn’t say “we think you might be using”. They say they detected I was. Which is crazy.

I’m very skeptical of their “detection” also. Someone should find out from PT4 support or some computer expert if this is even possible.

I had previously posted that I got the warning email.

It was from sportsbetting.ag

All I ran, other than sportsbetting poker odds indicator, was Omaha indicator.

I removed sportsbetting.ag and sportsbetting poker odds indicator from my computer and installed them both on a different computer with no poker stuff on it.

My webroot antivirus software then flagged sportsbetting poker odds indicator as a threat AFTER I had removed it using control Panel program removal AND as I was installing it on the other computer. So I had webroot block it on the old computer.

I am not an expert, but perhaps sportsbetting poker odds indicator can do some level of spying on your computer.

Me, but I figure that's cuz I'm the only one here that's not cheating.

You need to download it from their site for it to be running on your system.
