So that live casino 3k freeroll, I cashed on that and got 50 dollars in chips at the live casino. Turned it into 80 bucks but can't seem to cash out or transfer to poker. What's the deal?

If you win 50 dollars in the freeroll you need to complete like 500 dollars worth of wagers in the casino before you can transfer it out. the number maybe a little more. I can't remember what the requirement is and honestly it's 550 am and I'm to lazy to check

Now that I think about it, I don't believe they ever had a 5NL. It was 2NL and then 10NL when I started my bankroll challenge. I believe they added 4NL(.02/.04) when I was playing 25NL. So I'm pretty sure 2NL and 4NL were removed last Spring, along with some higher stakes that were consolidated. It was around the time they lost the Australian market.

You need to roll it over 5x, and have until the end of the weekend to do so.

Getting some serious runaround on an attempted cashout and starting to get really pissed. The transaction keeps being cancelled without explanation, so I called to see what's up. They claim they are sending email needing confirmation about using a different device (I'm not). I get all email sent from them except, for some curious reason, the ones they claim they are sending where they cancel my cashout if I don't respond. Hmm.....

So now I have to wait yet another 24-48 hours for them to update the status of my account to show that I am not, in fact, using a different device but it is possible that my IP address changes once or twice a year, because last I checked that's how the ****ing internet works for just about everybody. None of which, of course, explains why I get every single email and account message they have ever sent me except the ones they are using as an excuse to not let me cash out my money.

I haven't run into that scenario in my time with BetOnline. What site are you on? Are you sure it hasn't been sent to your spam folder? You probably did check, but didn't mention it.

I can confirm this on sportsbetting.ag (chico)

- The first time I tried to cash out, it got cancelled for no reason
- I thought nothing of it, and tried cashing out the second time; cancelled again
- Contacted support trough online chat; they told me it was cancelled due to cashing out on a different device (my device didn't change, however my IP did change since I created my account years ago);
The guy in the chat told me he made a note in my account.
- Third time I cashed out, this time I got an email saying that I was trying to cashout from a different device, and I had to confirm that it was me. So I did. Then the chico dude told me he made a note in my account that I can cashout.
- I cashed out for the fourth time now, its still pending. Lets hope for the best.

If I really get the money now, I guess they're just very careful with cashing out (and probably also hoping you cancel the payout and keep on playing )

I don't think they're being careful, I think they're intentionally sandbagging and lying about it. I am now five days, four cashout requests, two phone calls and a handful email exchanges into what they claim is a 24 hour process, and I still don't have my money. And none of their excuses are believable. Like you really need to put me on hold for 5 minutes to verify whether or not you received my last email? No, no you do not. You're lying to me and you're making me wait just to be a dick.

After trying cashing out 3 times, a chat conversation and e-mail verification, I got my money after the 4th attempt to cashout. I made another withdrawal yesterday and got the money within 12 hours (using skrill).

I would suggest contacting them in live chat, i feel like that did the trick for me.

And as someone who has been working as customerservice myself at a company, i would highly suggest that even if ur fed up with them, still try to be polite. That can make a lot of **** done. Gl

Is anyone else having trouble accessing their account page? I have been getting a 404 error the last 48 hours when I try to get to it by either logging in through their website or by clicking "My Account". Even trying to bring up the Live Chat gives me "Webpage not found".

OK, I understand that the policy is that the netellers e-mails and e-mails I use to play on TigerGaming need to match, the more a request to change the e-mail to satisfy the procedure. The answer is to send the necessary information I've done many times because with every new message received, there is a new agent (Bella, Miley, Graham) who searches for this information. I am receiving a message that a profession has been tried on my phone number (I have no identification I have tried), and I can contact them by phone number 1-800-977-4717) which I called and, of course, nothing is resolved, so the live cheats are not, of course, not resolved. to date 11.12.2018.Whenever I register to a new poker room, I first check how payouts work, technical support, to make sure that the poker room is correct or to be avoided. And finally, the first payment I requested was $ 50.

Total noob question and I apologize but I want to make sure I understand. Can you confirm: PKO as is Progressive Knock Out? Like on STARS where when you knock someone out you get half the price pool and the other half goes on top of your bounty?

If that is the case I was totally unaware, and will get in on these right away.
