Still can't access the client without using VPN (Tigergaming). I'm from Russia.

The bad thing is support recommends me "Run as administrator stuff" and refuses to acknowledge that the problem is on their side. They do allow to use VPN though (except some countries IP addresses).

Does anybody know where to send an e-mail to get a proper response, not copy-paste stuff from Chico support team? Not a fan of using VPN while multi-rooming.

There is a simple solution actually. You log in using VPN and turn it off afterwards. Client works.

Dunno about your first problem as I haven't ever experienced that myself.

The Fast Fold tables(Boost) were available at most stakes of NLHE, but it only ran at 10nl on a regular basis. It appears that they removed the other stakes for now. I'm sure if there was more demand at a certain stake they could bring it back.

I had a chat with support yesterday and asked them about removing stud, razz, etc... from the client lobby and they told me that some new games were being prepped. Couldn't get any more details than that unfortunately.

I recently noticed the removal of those games as well. Did they ever get any traffic? I'm not too sure that any new formats will get much traffic, but if they want to bring back 4max and 200bb tables that would be cool with me.

If any BOL reps still read this thread, I would love to see some mixed games added(8-game, 10-game, HORSE, etc). Even some individual games like 2-7 Triple Draw(limit or pot limit) would be fun.

To answer my own question if anyone is interested the 200% bonus is gone and now it’s 100% up to 1k. I’ve only cleared $10 so I have a ways to go. I’ve been donking around with those windfall sngs when it’s slow at work and have been running like god and always holding. I’ve got 5x quite a few times and won a bunch.

At home I’ve been grinding 25NL and players are pretty bad. It’s not hard to find 4 good tables. Not much aggression pre either. I’m trying to get up to 50NL ASAP. How are those games compared to 25NL?

As far as the difference from 25nl to 50nl, it was a bit extreme for me. 50nl was rampant with bots. There was probably over 30 regularly active bots when I played. Fortunately for you and anyone else playing in them these days you won't have to deal with nearly as many bots. I still see a few, but the games are definitely beatable as I made it to 100nl when the games were completely overrun with bots.

Is anyone else having problems with cashing out? Last friday they cancelled my withdrawal without giving any reason, now they cancelled it because i would share an ip with "itallends" (which i dont do).

I have only ever played on the BetOnline skin so someone else may be able to give you a better answer, but I don't believe that would be an issue. If I recall correctly they now require you to close your account on one skin before opening a new account on another skin.

I feel dumb asking but what is the difference in vip levels at BOL? My guess is a higher point earning rate? It doesn’t seem to hard grinding the micros to move up levels.

The VIP levels simply indicate how much rake you have contributed to the site. All of the regular higher stakes cash game players will show as Elite while the mico buyin tournament players will show as Bronze. The more rake you pay the more VIP points you get. You can then use the points to enter certain tournaments. There are no additional benefits to being at a higher ranking.
