I will chime in on this one, as I have been an active user on BOL and I use WU or MG to make ALL my deposits. They have been letting me down in the last few weeks with their money to money processors. 3 times in the recent ones I received a name generated from the site, did all my steps proper, than it get's rejected because they tell me "oh it's because the computer generated name wasn't complete, they forgot to issue another first last name". I'm over here like wtf are you joking? So I had to cancel it in person, than try and make a new one all to find out the new name THEY generated me was BLACKLISTED by western union.....Not MY NAME the processor's name that THEY issued ME. So that got me really hot....talk to customer serivce blah blah blah, no perks EVER for them messing up multiple times in a 2 week period. I will say on a positive note up until the past 3 weeks I never had an issue with them person to person deposits. But they need to do something with the names their generating because it's a huge inconvenience and I always get the we don't really give two ****s attitude when they mess it up. Rant over, but hope Tiffany looks at this because they need to update and get some additional processors that aren't messing up.

Yeah totally agree with you, asked multiple times for some sort of comp, free play, anything, and got nothing. I'm going to attempt one more deposit tomorrow, if that doesn't work then I'm going to acr. I really like bol because games are super soft, mtt fields are pretty small, and the selection of micro mid tourneys is great, but if something doesn't change I'll have to leave.

I found myself questioning this yesterday. Played about a 20 hr session. Couldn't for the life of me figure out where these crazies were coming from @ PLO. Logging in fresh at 4 AM to multi table Foreign time. If there's any table to steer clear, its the 2-4 PLO. (I would change my opinion if just one of you confirm you constantly beat it).That game is not normal and I play PLO a good bit. For all other tables, tends to be fair game with your normal variances. No complaints here.

I'm content grinding at .25-.50, .50-1, and the occasional 1-2 PLO that runs. As you say, it seems to be mostly on the level.

I wouldn't feel comfortable in those 2-4 games until I have a 50k bankroll at least. I would also like to hear if anyone has consistently beaten it long-term.

I really think it depends on the type of investment you wanna make out of it. If you are looking to deposit and play for extended periods of time at 100nl multi tabling you'll be fine. Hell, it's free money, but you gotta put the work in. So you can think of it as a great opportunity, but also can't expect someone to hand you 2k so easily.

If you're more of deposit win a couple hundred, couple grand, one big tourney, and cash out, etc , the bonus ain't for you.

Tiers are progressively harder as the levels go up, but they are reachable in a reasonable amount of time if your putting in a few long days a week.

Read your fine print and withdrawal limitations also. That way you don't end up looking back after accepting going why can't I cash out!?!

I requested a routine bitcoin cash out on Friday and am getting very frustrated with the support for multiple reasons (first cash out cancelled for no reason, by supports own admission, days and days of email communication getting no where, complete misunderstanding of my request despite my laying it out very cleary).

Didn't get mine either..it says approved but not paid. They had a quick problem with the BTC processor a week or two ago and took the option down temporarily...probably related, not time to panic.

I requested a BTC cashout Friday around noon local time and was in my wallet by Saturday evening.

Just wanted to say I attempted another deposit this morning (this was my final attempt if it didn't work and I was leaving bol) via western union. Attempted at 11:45, step 2 said within 60 minutes as normal, and it was picked up and cleared by 12:35. In the future I would suggest only depositing on weekdays, non holidays, between 9 am and 7 pm EST, that's where I've had success.

I specifically remember years back that you could not have both a BOL and a Sportsbetting.ag account. You had to close one before opening another.

I just live chatted with sportsbetting.ag support, they said I can infact have an account with both, at the same time. This surprised me, so I went to BOL and read through all the rules I could find and it doesn't seem like there is anything that says you cant.

thanks! yeah - I used to grind 50NL on fulltilt doing 9-12 tables. Now I play 100 and 200nl but a max of four - higher winrate. I did the math and I have to clear 14k in rake to make the 2k bonus. Wondering if this was at all possible if I played an average of 500hands/day for the next 120 days.

keep in mind that BTC is approaching the halving and the hash functions are getting increasingly complex. BTC is having it's own problems with some transactions - some of them are getting dropped because of too high volume and not enough miners.

I opened a new account on another skin and then read in this thread about it not being allowed. I contacted support to have the accounts combined and they said they couldn't do that. They never specifically said it was allowed but they didn't close one of the accounts either.

July 11th - 2nd cashout attempt in a row cancelled. was told this was due to an "incorrect bitcoin address" have no idea what this means or how that could be. cashout numerous times on other site. just copying and pasting my blockchain address over. how could it possibly be incorrect??!

This happened to me earlier in the year. Someone explained that bitcoin addresses have two different lengths (33 vs 34?). BOL only accepts one of the lengths. Request a new bitcoin address from your wallet provider and hopefully that fixes the issue.

It shouldn't have allowed the cashout to process with the wrong length so I don't think they are correct that the address was the problem. EIther way just request again new address, shouldn't be a problem, I got two last week.

We have to get betonline to take action with the bitcoin deposit fee. Also is everyone else have the same deposit limit with bitcoin with BOL which is 3500? So you deposit 3500 usd, you basically only credited 3272.50? Thus 227.50 for deposit fee?

Has anyone here gotten shortchanged on withdraws via btc? Because if btc is 650 usd and with deposits, the btc they buy from you is 643 usd, then im assuming no way with withdraws they are doing the same? That would seem like a double vig each way.
