For about 3-4 days I been getting this message when trying to withdraw.

I contacted support they told me I should be able to cash out with no need to wager anything, but the error remains.

I contacted live chat, they told me I had only played $5 from my last deposit on April 20th when in reality I played over 4k, told them that so they escalated to poker department, they then escalated to financial department and they told me I'll receive an email shortly with an update. Email said there's no wager needed and I should be able to cash-out without any issue, yet the message still appears.

Usually payouts are very fast on BOL and support very helpful but this is starting to become annoying and I don't know how to proceed.

Any suggestions? did anyone experience anything similar?

inb4 this message pops up on main withdrawal window, before I select any withdraw method whatsoever so no, is not a BTC fee issue.
