Lag concerns can be caused by different factors such as insufficient system resources and background programs that may be interfering with the game. If there are multiple programs on your computer running at the same time, this may cause interruptions that may slow down your computer as well as your internet connection.

We also have to understand that there is no perfect internet connection, no matter how fast our internet connection is, it does happen that sometimes there will be some interferences such as traffic on the network and some quick maintenance being performed by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). We do not really notice this if we are just browsing a website and doing a simple chat but with online games such as online Poker, you are playing against other players and therefore all actions are being done real time.

In the event that you encounter the same issue in the future, kindly log out and log back in to the Poker software. Clearing your history and clearing your browser's cache and cookies might help. We have instructions in the 'Technical' page of our help section:

They absolutely refused to even mention the possibility of a refund. In the subsequent emails they just asked for more information (Hand numbers etc... how am I supposed to have those?), and then on the third email they basically repeated the above about clearing cookies and such. Absolutely no reference to even the possibility of a refund.

the ticker is making my pc crash. i got this warning from adobe flash player before the crash

im also getting spammed with the error

for the bonus you have to sign up for it on their site and then earn i think 150 point things in a week

there are 2 weeks left so you can earn $40 per week for $80 total

Well the ticker is gone from my client for a few hours now so things appear to be back to normal until they get the idea to put that junk in again. That thing is ugly clutter and makes the lobby scrolling harder to do as you get less table lobbies on the screen at once without using the scrolling option on the side.

under poker promos, 'The Summer Selection' it's a big advertisement.

And do they have these every month, or something comparable?

And I don't get why they don't give more incentive to grind more by stopping at 150 points. They don't seem too bright in the poker arena.
