I only have two, and both are specific to my S8 that I didn't have with older phones. The first is that whatever crap they made their mobile capabilities with really hates 1440p. I have to turn the display down to 720 in order to tell what's going on because at 1080 or 1440 everything is so small that I have to squint in order to see what the cards or bets are. Even then I have to look fairly close at the screen to see what's going on but I can at least see it enough to play properly using Puffin browser. Chrome is ok too but it looks a lot clearer with Puffin since Puffin was made for heavy flash usage.

The second is that no matter which way my phone is rotated at least one of the buttons for their menus is almost directly on top of the on-screen home button of the S8. It took me a good amount of trial and error to figure out the correct angle to hit it so that I don't press the home button too hard.

Other than it runs great, loads pretty fast with the S8's processing power and my work's close proximity to a Verizon tower. Arguably better than the PC software. Neither of these problems are particulary their fault but it does show how badly they need to overhaul everything to keep up with the times.

On a positive note, at least cashouts are still quick.

This has always been one of the best reasons to play here since Black Friday. That and the player pool. There's no reason for the software to still have so many issues almost going on 2 years now. It does appear less people are having issues recently compared to much of the last 2 years, but the issues always seem to reoccur.

Table resizing still tilts me, also having to hide my task bar to fit a full 6 tables on a screen is super annoying.

Finally got placemint to work with Ignition. Had problems with the tables changing sizes rapidly. In case any of you made the same dumb mistake I made, just be sure to create new slots that match Ignition's poker tables. Apparently, the dimensions are just barely different compared to the old client. I kept trying to change the regex around, lol.

Also, I should point out that you can no longer make the tables smaller than what the client allows.

After more testing, I think the "size" box needs to be clicked off.

Restarting the client right before downloading the hands has worked for me also, so far. I've been trying downloading the files one at a time, but not sure if this helps avoid getting the error message or not.

Today had overlays in most MTTs. The 25k alone had almost 4k in overlay, the most I have ever seen. 3 out of 4 of their MTTs for their series overlayed. People may finally be getting fed up with software and going elsewhere.

Meh, I'm sure no one's going to care if that happens a little bit. Mostly wanted to make sure he knew there was a place where he'd get a lot more feedback on that question.

Wondering why i haven't gotten a response from service department regarding a check that i received going on 10 days? Dropped it in the overnight deposit box along with another check, realize a month later it never actually showed on my bank statement. Bank tells me they were unable to cash because of the foreign bank, and i would need to personally come pick the check up in person which i am choosing not to do so i don't draw attention to it being from online poker and results in issues with my ban. I just want the money to be placed back into my account. Ignition is not responding to emails, I just want the money back so i can withdraw it using Bitcoin as it seems to be a lot easier and i won't have to deal with this BS again.

Anyone else having issues reaching the customer service department? What else can i do here?

is that the literal truth? i played a few mtts this past month, and none had overlays. maybe I'm choosing the wrong ones? admittedly, i don't watch the mtts closely, but if i knew there was a good chance of overlays i would put in more effort doing so.

Can someone give me a quick answer as to why Bovada and Ignition recommend that you do not use the same Bitcoin wallet and marketplace? What is wrong with using the Coinbase wallet?

Check took a bit longer than usual to get to me this time, but still arrived, and I went and deposited in person at the bank. Teller was super nice and didn't even question it and the funds cleared and were in my account the next morning...

I play MTTS on there daily and from time to time some MTTS would slightly overlay, but yesterday was by far the biggest overlays I've seen.

this has been covered many times in this thread in this and the payout thread, use the search feature. Use blockchain>coinbase>bank
