What processor do you have? On my computer with an intel 2.5ghz core 2 duo, Ignition crashes within first few min of session every time. However on my computer with and intel i5 3.6ghz I'm not having the crashing problem (at least I haven't yet). This is without using any other software on both machines.

While playing, open up the task manager and see how much your CPU is being used. I noticed on my core 2 duo the CPU usage spikes to 98% every time I open a new table and Ignition usually crashes shortly after. While on the i5, CPU usage stays much lower (usually stays in the 15-40% range).

So if I don't have a high powered computer, I'm just ****ed? I played on bovada/ignition for 2 years prior to the issues that started several weeks ago with hardly any issues. At this point I'm going to withdraw and play on ACR or global poker if that's what it has come to.

They're stealing money. Have had MAJOR issues with the mobile site. Buggiest script Ive ever seen in my life. Unplayable. Today I had a table freeze in the middle of a hand, a small single raise pot. I log back in.. My entire buyin is gone and was never returned.

I emailed them saying I want it back immediately, and they replied that it was already refunded, prior to my emailing them. This is absolutely false.

It is NOT safe to keep money on this site.

Completely unplayable. You could run like god and still lose to software crashes and theft.

Withdraw asap!!!

It is so frustrating how bad this company's software is. It is just absolute garbage. The front end and back end of the software is written by a bunch of amateurs. The most frustrating thing is they always blame it on the user. And they've had 2 years to fix it. It really is unreal.

EDIT

I posted the above because it just slowed to a crawl on me (and everyone else) for the billionth time so i just closed out all my tables and shut it down.

Credit card processing in gray markets is done by 3rd party processors. These processors are frequently changed for a variety of reasons. Couple all the above statements with 2 people who have told me they can't find the Zone poker tables or the cash games. I think what we have here is an attack on the servers or some other Internet routing related issue. However, given there have been tons of DDoS attacks in the last month, that's what my money is on. A DDoS cyberattack would cause all of the aforementioned symptoms.

Relax. Everything will return to normal and no one is going to have money lost... the person reporting that above is likely experiencing an issue where the game servers and the servers hold the user funds database are somehow out of sync. These types of issues will be remedied.

The problem is that the small periods of stability have always been followed by new or resurfacing issues over the past 2 years.

Anyone willing can likely minimize the amount of issues they have by upgrading their system, not using 3rd party software, not running other programs in the background, and reading about tips/workarounds in this thread, but this really shouldn't be a requirement to play on a fairly basic interface in 2017.

I agree. Which is why I said "the software could be better". It's ridiculous to have to have a great computer, jump through a bunch of hoops, and close everything to just play on a site that knows what decent software is but doesn't care enough to release it.

I have a very strong computer and an IT education and software every few hours will go on these crashing fits. At first it seemed like if I was very slow and deliberate with my moves the site would be fine. (basically if I don't click to many buttons too quick). Now I can basically be doing nothing and it just freezes for no reason.

so i know nobody gaf but I won the 100K guarantee today for 18.6k. That means in the last 2.5 months I have won, in order, the $125 KO, the $250 high roller, the daily 25k guarantee, and the $162 100K guarantee. What more is there to accomplish?!?!
