For NL cash HU it's been that way at least a couple years. Max 6m is 10/20

Just called and reported the most obvious bot I've ever played with at $1/2 NL cash games. Insta acts preflop every time, postflop takes the same roughly 1 second before acting no matter the situation (timer bar goes to same spot each time). I have heard of the prevalence of bots on Ignition before, has reporting them had any success?

Same issue here, disconnects every single session with them. I wrote support and they gave me some cookie cutter bs response about resetting my router and modem and clearing my cash.

Multiple DC's almost every session for me as well.

I tried reporting it. Unfortunately the geniuses at Ignition kept asking me for a table number which you can only see in the hand history. The only problem is I was watching them on stream not sitting at the table. It made for a great needle on the phone about how there is no table name on display either thanks to the wonderful new update.

Hopefully nobody decided later to take action into their own hands and stream snipe them or anything like that

But in response, did they ask you to clear your cookies and reset your modem to try again?

Yup, first thing on their list just above uninstalling and reinstalling the client lol

Is there anyone on here making a living on the MTTs or 1/2 cash games on ignition? I'm really considering getting back into poker and am wondering if it's even possible to have a long term win rate here with the anonymous player pool. I do know that the anonymity requires tighter play in general.

I had a table dc and when it came back everyone at the table was gone except one guy, with just south of 4 BI's. I don't remember him being that stacked before the DC, strange...I'll have to remember to check when going through my hands in a day or 2.

disconnected from my two tables about 30mins ago and couldnt get back in. I had AA on one table. Pretty effing tilting.

Unsurprisingly he couldn't defend this claim considering they've been clean as a whistle since opening in 04. Probably just contempt from the pokerspot fiasco. Noticed the nightly 1k beginner DS event that starts in 15 minutes went from a 8.80 buy in to 11 buy in. Haven't checked any other tourney but have the buy ins increased across the board?

I love the late night tradition I'm cultivating of clicking a 6-max PLO game and then exiting upwards of 20 times until I either give up or get into game.

All the time not really knowing if there's even a game going.

These disconnects have exposed a bug enabling rat-holing while sitting at the same table on Ignition. Was able to replicate it last night under two different circumstances.

Was at 1/2 and sat out to let the dog out after two players left the table. I missed three blinds so it booted me just as I was sitting down but the table didn't close and I sat back down but could only buy in for top amount. I went from a 450ish stack and rebought for 200. So, effective rat-holing and everyone thought I was a new player, erasing my table image.

Second time I disconnected, accidentally hit cancel so was booted from the table but the window didn't close. This time I was at 2/4 with 810ish and sat back down with 400.

Makes sense that could be abused to enable rat-holing. Right?

As if someone has to be a horrible person to run a casino. So yeah I'd pretty much say operators who never f***ed over their player base are angels comparatively.

I see this constantly. It's pretty easy if you're at a table with a seat open, but even if the table is full you can just sit out three orbits.

So tilting when fish sit for 30BB, double up, then leave and come back with 30BB again. Or when the fishreg doubles to 200bb and he leaves and comes back with 100bb again. Happens all the time at 2/4.

This. People started complaining about rat-holing soon after the seating update.

You've always been able to rat-hole. It just wasn't as easy because you had to wait 5 minutes to rejoin a table.

As Mythranite said, it isn't a disconnect bug. The table doesn't have to stay open. You can *intentionally* close the table and with the new seating system you will often get your seat back without a 5-minute waiting period and aren't forced to return with the same stack.
