In the history of this network, I don't think live support has ever admitted that they're having issues. The entire network could go belly up, and I bet if you contacted live support a month later they would still say, "No sir, no one has reported any issues on our end."

I know in the past people have said they have gotten refunds for collusion in DON's I play around 50 per day on avg over the last 6 months or so and have never gotten any refund although have seen some blatant collusion which I have sent to bovada. Still never have gotten a dime are they still monitoring these games?

i got a ~$200 refund a couple of years ago, but i think that was from cash games not DONs.

Im probably just being salty because im on the worst downswing I have ever had in DON's but I still find it weird after thousand up thousands of these ive never been colluded against once that they have noticed.

Probably not a coincidence that your DON issues are coming after Jackpot SNGs made their appearance too. Fish wanna gamble....

Prior to August 2016 for about 4 years I played their DoNs on a regular basis. In that time I'd say I got a collusion refund once a month or at least every other month. On the rare occasion I may have got 2 in a month.

I always assumed there was more collusion than they were refunding and they were just giving the appearance of good security. The anonymous nature makes it hard to prove otherwise. If people are colluding they're likely doing it in more than one game a day. The likelihood that I only played in one game against a team of colluders is highly unlikely when I was regularly playing 25+ a day. So either they weren't refunding for every game the colluders played in or they were just sending refunds when someone in the game contacted support.

I was always pleasantly surprised when I got a refund email, but the anonymous structure still makes me wonder how much cheating is really going on?

cool looks like the update fixed the hand replayer issue, the ugly white bar on top of each table is gone, only one process is running when you press control+alt+delete, looks like the table resizing is much more fluid. WOW, also holdem indicator recently had a release that says it fixed the crashing issue, and I haven't had it crash since (1 week)...cool stuff!

Know what’s annoying about that? They were able to fix the replayer and the background processes without needing an update. So they could have done it at anytime......

def they shoulda and coulda fixed this way sooner, its sad that in 2017 I need to get so excited about just actually working on a poker site

they had decent poker software prior to Jan 2016.... its insane that the largest poker room in America has some crappy 1990s era software.....and that we put up with it....

i think its all part of there ploy to encourage the amateur players.

Have seen others says theyve reported blantant/obvious collusion in those games on here in the past year but didnt receive any refunds either. Im guessin your refund RC was when a bunch of people recieved them all around the same time? I wouldnt be surprised since the "change" to ignition if they stopped giving refunds to players who were cheated and are just using the money to pay for all the refunds they have to give everytime their software takes a dump which is quite regularly. Think its also pretty crappy that they dont tell you the results of their investigation everytime collusion/cheating is reported

Might already be known but the Zone poker HH re-player is finally working for me for the first time in over a month.

yeah i recieved a refund when pretty much everyone on 2p2 got one. big refunds too like near 5 figures in some cases.
