I had something come up so I couldn't stay on the line. Just recently received an email stating...
"I've had your concern escalated to our Promotions Team for evaluation and you'll receive an update in approximately 24-48 hours once more information becomes available."
At least the games here are a lot better than BetOnline or ACR. Customer support has been terrible though.
