What steps do I need to take to get this applied to my account?

I've sent two emails and had two live chats with no help. The bonus isn't showing up on the bonus page in the client, so I'm not sure what else I'm supposed to do.

look in the actual hand histories. otherwise, you're ****ed until they decide to fix it.

Has anyone had success with Customer Support with regards to "snitching" on people timing out every hand in an MTT? Since there's no SNs, I'm not sure how this would work? Just sick of the few who do this every hand pre/post-bubble..

I went through snitching on people in 2015. They say report people that do it. Nothing ever happens. Eventually they tell me that instead of complaining about players, I should play a different game type or find a different site...seriously. The site is just full of idiots. It seems like people slowplay in cash games and Zone as well as the SNGs/MTTs.

After making my first deposit on the 17th of this month I've still not received any welcome bonus.

After multiple live chats, phone calls, and emails, everyone seems to just divert my dilemma onto someone else.

I sent my last email 48 hours ago stating my frustrations and the list of events and steps I've taken. No response.

But if they are advertising on their website a $1000 bonus, it feels like a big deal to me when they don't uphold it.

Call and make it clear you need to speak to a supervisor. Don't hang up until you're satisfied that they have it taken care of.

I had something come up so I couldn't stay on the line. Just recently received an email stating...

"I've had your concern escalated to our Promotions Team for evaluation and you'll receive an update in approximately 24-48 hours once more information becomes available."

At least the games here are a lot better than BetOnline or ACR. Customer support has been terrible though.

I never got that specific welcome bonus because I've had an account here for many years, but there hasn't been a whole lot of prolonged complaints about it. Several people have had your same issue though. For some reason that bonus is not always immediately applied. It does seem that it eventually gets taken care of. Stay on top of them about it until you get it, but I definitely wouldn't worry about it too much.

Each of the US friendly sites has it's pros and cons. I stopped playing here regularly because of the constant software issues, but it seems like it may be a little bit better now.
