I just scanned their QR code, entered the amount I wanted sent, and sent it. I sent support a screenshot of my confirmed transfer yesterday but no response as of yet.
The one theory I have is that my wallet shows the amount sent in bits rather than bitcoins, so maybe they were confused by this.
